They took all my business Informtion just to view a recorded webinar and more over after filling that there was no video available and ideally this information has to be put before asking for any details! My mistake i didnt check the reviews first or else i dont even stay for a minute on this website. well you always learn.

Responsive email support. Unhelpful messages re disallowed ads without explanation and now my account is suspended and I havent even got started .

These guys are amateurs. Classic case of the “woke” generation who ban or disprove ads for small businesses that sell legitimate legal products that are available on high street shops. But because it doesn’t fit in their rhetoric they ban and suspend ads but they’re happy to steal money. Please avoid these scam artists. The 5 star reviews on here all fake too, not one has been verified, they’re all fake and done by staff of this scam site. Be careful please.

Really helpful guidance from Anna - helped us get our small campaigns in better shape and helped me understand some of the fundamentals of display advertising. As it turns out, after a trial period, AdRoll is probably not yet what we need in terms of an advertising partner. Our small business just doesn't have the audience size yet to make the most of its retargeting. We're now going to explore different platforms to get a better baseline and then look at coming back to AdRoll to focus on retargeting.

Anna is really helpful and efficient. I have gotten so much more from the platform with her help. Always available for questions and happy to help.

I got to try their service with the free trial, and without any notice that my free plan has ended, I got charged $228.00! I'm still trying to get a refund!

I've had a number of technical issues with the platform (not all resolved), but overall this is a good platform with active support and good reports, and has helped our business.

You'd be hard-pressed to find better value elsewhere.

Definitely a great tool for reaching your audience. We are able to capture a lot of web traffic we would miss otherwise on our main platform (Facebook). It's a great platform for retargeting and we'd be throwing away a ton of ad money without it. It's pretty good for the cold traffic too!

One of the worst customer support I have ever faced. Even after 11 days of the ticket, no solution was given. When I contacted them then the reply was "Thanks for waiting! I have checked the ticket. Currently, the agent working on the issue is out of the office."

This is seriously an unprofessional reply.

Due to this, my 322,993 emails have lapsed.

I have faced this type of experience multiple times with adroll.

Adroll, Is totally diffeent platform to promote your brand, it help to keep people returning to your website.

I have tried many paid campaigns like criteo, Sharpspring, but not any one can good as compare with AdRoll.
