Anna has been invaluable over the past few weeks in getting us set up on Adroll. She has been giving me the support I need to better utalise ads and no question is off limits, as someone who has just started in ads this is incredible. She has been the best, and continues to provide 5 star advice even now we are set up.

Worst advertising Platform ever. It's so hard to use. They say you can optimize for conversions, but it doesn't work. Their Customer Support reps are stupid and do not understand anything. I'm chatting with Sobhana K and all of a sudden she just left the chat. Horrible!

I would NOT recommend! Adroll charged us LOADS only to find when turned off we would have exactly the same amount of sales. Who knows who they were showing the ads to. Also their fictional dashboard can not be believed. Use google analytics and you will see they do not reflect what adroll dashboard says are sales from their ads.Google and bing are 100% better.

The product is pretty good. But customer service is non- existent. If you try or need to talk to someone.GOOD LUCK!

The platform is sometimes not really usable, yet the assistance via chat and email is really good and helpful!
