Good campaigns, but policy changes disrupt plans
I have used adroll in past campaigns for guncase foam. I found the remarketing to be a successful.
Somewhere they changed their policy to not work with people in the firearms industry. Although I do not sell weapons, only foam for cases, somehow this is aginst policy. I would def. be interested in running more campaigns, but kinda put off that there policy can change and completely mess up my marketing plans, especially when I need it to run smoothly.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I waste 3 days to setup account, campaign, ads, they even require me to setup my CC details and only after that suspend my ads and campaign, coz we are Law firm. Are you kidding me? There are a lot of Law firms, who have account with Adroll.
Few words about customer service: no phone communication, email and chat (just basic answers), sometimes response time is >48 hours. Waste of my time :-(
