Solid ad platform. Missing only a couple of features that the bigger platforms have. A lot better than many others I have tried. Would recommend to anyone wanting trustworthy stats and reach some sites that Google can't.

Love it! Our point of contact is incredible to work with. The company is very thorough and helpful and know exactly what they're doing. They give great advice and have helped elevate our brand awareness immensely!

The level of account management that exists with AdRoll is what brought me back. Very clean and easy to understand reporting, regular communication, proactive suggestions, and great creative execution!

The last year has been a learning curve for us, understanding how best to leverage AdRoll to support our company's wider campaign activities, and help us achieve our marketing objectives. The way we work with partners has presented some challenges, but our account manager has helped us every step of the way in getting as much out of AdRoll as possible. My only wish would be to have regular QBRs to analyse what's working and what's not, form a holistic overview level, with our account manager, who's best positioned to advise us on changes of tactic, or new features we can leverage.

AdRoll is a legitimate platform for buying remarketing ads. Their customer support team is very responsive and they can drive impressions at scale. Unfortunately, they don't have any reliable technology to measure the CVR lift so you'll need to rely on your own tools to measure that.

I have NOTHING positive to say about this company. From their poor quality dashboards and uneven to the ineptitude of every support person I've dealt with to the utter waste of money that is their system, the only upside to this product is that it's easy to use. If you want to essentially light your marketing dollars on fire or just straight up throw it in the trash, this is a way to do it.
