I bought two Taboola agency ad accounts after explaining to the account manager that our products are Nutra supplements. They confirmed that our niche was accepted and gave us the green light to run campaigns.

The positive:

Account delivery was very fast.
The accounts were genuine HK agency accounts.
Everything seemed fine at the beginning.

The negative:
Both ad accounts were suspended after only two weeks of running. I still had approximately $2,500 remaining in my account balance.

I requested a refund, and according to their policy, refunds should be processed within 24 hours. Instead, I was told they had to wait for Taboola to return the funds first. I accepted that explanation and waited.

Two weeks later, after a lot of waiting and follow-ups, I finally received the refund—but only 38% of my remaining balance. This came as a complete surprise because I was expecting the unused balance to be returned.

Their explanation was that if we had "stuck to the rules," this would not have happened. However, before purchasing the accounts, I clearly explained what we were advertising, and they approved our Nutra offers.

On top of that, the account manager, Darwin, was very rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Communication became frustrating whenever I asked for updates about my refund.

Overall, while the delivery was fast and the accounts initially worked, my experience with the refund process and customer support was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before depositing a large amount of money with this provider.

Had a great experience! Well timing 4 days is also long for MediaGo or Taboola or even Outbrain ads.
