We're saddened to have received your review, and we apologise that your experience with ADVANCE has not been world class. We do offer salary sacrifice for private pension contributions, however currently this is the only form of salary sacrifice we are able to offer. I have forwarded your feedback to the relevant team who are constantly reviewing our products and services.

With regards to our Contractor Support team, we are very surprised to hear that this is hit and miss, as we value world-class service above all else here at ADVANCE. We will look into who you have dealt with in the past and provide feedback where necessary.
