The process and scan were easy and when we got the results a week later, very enlightening and glad we had them done.

However, not happy with the sales pressure and cost of additional scans. We think they would get more scans from folks if they weren't so expensive that you need a loan to pay for them.

The check in and scan process went fine. I reduced the rating because I did not appreciate the number of times I was asked if I wanted to change to a full body scan rather than the Heart & Lung scan, I scheduled.

the machine is a lil slow is the only reason only one star from me but if i need probably one or two MRis yes i go there again i did 5 is why but they good people

Maurice was very well informed about the product but was also understanding of our current situations. The experience was good and the report was received in a timely manner and was clear and easy to understand.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful.
Scan was very easy and did not take much time at all.

We did not have to wait. Friendly staff. Simple presentation easy to under. We were not pressured tu upgrade our scan.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The scan was worth it, the cost is just so expensive. We got a couples lung and heart scan that was a deal and I would definitely do other scans if they had the same deal. I really wish that the insurance companies would pay for this because preventive care is so important, and should not cost a house, and car note.

Well the 5-minute scan is definitely worth doing, and i thought the people at the front desk were very nice, but the rest of it left a lot to be desired. The hour-long sales pitch beforehand is very superfluous and over the top. I was asked to essentially mortgage my next few years so i could finance a huge scan package with them, then when i said no, the rep said he'd call and follow up over the summer. He wasn't rude or anything, just a bit pushy. I guess he was just doing his job.

Afterwards, after i already gotten my results back, I got a call from Dr. Wright, who went over the results with me. I was really confused, because i was told they would only call if there was an emergency BEFORE i got my results (just like it was when i had gone there 2 years ago). So Dr. Wright went on to tell me a couple of concerning things about my health, which once again confused me because I thought nothing was an emergency. That i think was a big miscommunication between the both of us. I interpreted it as something a lot more dire than he was trying to say (i think). But, what was weird was that he also made sure to tell me he has a cardiology clinic and mentioned that they take care of those sorts of issues there too, so i'm not sure if he was trying to sell that too. That part i thought was very strange. Was he calling me about this to hopefully get me over to his clinic and make some money? Once again, I don't know, only he does -- i just know this place has a very "sales" feel to it.

Even after we hung up, the things he said still really concerned me, so i called him back again the next day and told him that i was confused by some of the stuff he said the day before, that it gave me a ton of anxiety and i had felt panicky that night, and i just wanted him to explain it again. More than anything, i was calling just to make sure i heard everything right and that nothing was an emergency. His immediate reaction was to ask if i was accusing him of giving me a panic attack, followed up by the words "your anxiety is on you."
He then went on to say he'd never had a single complaint in the time he's worked there, and he recommended i go another place for these services next time, so he doesn't end up wasting his time. So i guess i was the problem. I have no clue whether or not he has the authority to tell someone to never come back. Who knows. What i do know is that i absolutely didn't raise my voice or curse at him or anything. I just needed an explanation again to calm me down. I guess I'm naive but I'd never had a doctor talk to me like that.

You can scrub my history and i've never gotten on a website to give a negative review. In fact, i had to figure out how to even do it. It's just had such a negative experience there, that I wouldn't want anyone else going through the same thing.

All that aside, putting your health first and being proactive is always a good idea, and i feel like i got test results that i can use to share with my personal physician and tailor my life accordingly. That's why i gave two stars.

I just received a call from Dr. Wright. He was direct and straight to the point and answered all of my concerns. The only way I would want it to be. He eased a lot of my Anxiety and worries. I had been having leading up to my results. The only reason for my low rating the first time was due to being told about the wait time of getting my results. Thank You Dr. Wright!!

Excellent customer service. Helpful and caring staff.

I have been wanting to have this since it was first available. Got husband and myself in at same appointment and it was a pleasant experience. No pain whatsoever. This is actually my second one today . Oh and another great thing is you get the scan copy yourself to share with your physician. Going to do it yeary

Great customer service and explanation. We knew exactly what to expect and what was going on.

I was treated with a great deal of respect and care. Steve Marler was very personable and inclusive in the brief chat I had with him. Dr. Bill Wright was caring and straightforward. He took a good deal of time to explain my personal scans and made sure I understood what was there. All of the staff were professional and friendly. Brandy and Tony and Frank were especially nice. The front desk people made sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

Advance Body Scan was “state of the art” facilities, MRI equipment and staff!
Can’t thank them enough for all the life saving services and piece of mind they bring to the table.
