Dr Wright felt his time was more important than mine. I was working and could not go over my report at that time. Said he was very busy and didn't know if he would have time to get back to me. Too bad, it's his job. He he can't handle his work load maybe he should find something else to do.

People were nice, explained everything very well and building was nice and clean.

As always, they took great care of me once I arrived. I did my full body scan and was out in a few minutes. Results came back perfect. Thanks

This was our first visit to the Houston location. We have been to the Plano location on 2 separate occasions and when we completed our tests a doctor called us to go over the results. After our tests in Houston, we received an email stating our results. It would be nice if a doctor called to go over those results, because I am not a medical doctor and don’t have a clue what the results meant. I feel for the money we pay for these tests, it would be nice to hear from a doctor. Very disappointed.

Fast and courteous service from the time we walked in the door until we left.

The CT scan itself is worth it. The staff is very nice and professional. What is off putting is the hour long upsaling that happens before you get your scan. The scan itself takes minutes, but they bring you back to discuss your medical history which turns into a giant upsaling spill. It was VERY off putting and frustrating. I can understand trying to sell more services, and it's a great value but taking the entire appointment to do so is unnecessary and awkward especially for people who just spent thousands on this scan. Scale that back to 10 to 15 minutes and it would be a lot more palatable.

The process was quick and easy and all were polite. However, be careful you get what you pay for this is NOT a full body scan, it’s a simple scan of your heart and lungs nothing else… unless you want to pay thousands of dollars… this is also a “time share deal!” Lots of upselling! If you buy the typical sales pitch scan all you get is a calcium deposit report with a score can be helpful.. buy beware.

There was a mix up about the time of our appointment but they all worked with us and made our appointment happen. Plus, everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Very informative, interesting, loved the special offer for a couple that they had for this very expensive service. Although the rep was a little too pushy to sell us on a full body scan, he was polite & we still had a nice conversation about our families. Sorry we just couldn't afford the full body scan even with the generous discounts he offered. Everybody was so nice & courteous, the scan was quick & results were quick to receive & most importantly we have peace of mind. Highly recommend them!

We had to wait 30 minutes to get the scan done and that is because no one told the scanners that we were ready and they didn't see our chart on their desk.

The Scan was easy and only took a few minutes to complete!
