Yo también me apunté con lo de la botella y me la trajeron, sí que me dijeron que estarían 30’ y fue más rato pero porque estuve preguntando dudas que tenía y la chica que vino era muy maja. Me he puesto lo de beber agua y me han traído 2 botellas más para mis hijos.

Voya empezar por el gancho en redes que es te regalamos una botella termo, de forma de una manera un poco confusa pero bueno por una demo y contestar a unas preguntas.
Ok pico. A los dos días o asi te llaman para la "demo" que.es una visita en tu domicilio, ya empieza el tema a no ser claro porque no es lo que se publicita, " de no más de 20 min / 30 min porque luego los clientes se enrollan mucho" resultado dos horas largas de triquiñuelas comerciales de los años 80 para venderte un aparto de ozono para tratar el agua "que lo limpia y desinfecta todo, sin más producto que la propia agua" incluido lavadora SIN JABÓN, Después de pedirle por enésima vez el precio, te hace el teatrito de los precios, cuándo le dices que todo te parece bien y adecuado pero no es el momento de esa inversión empieza otro teatrito con su jefa por teléfono ¿? para una hipotética mejora de precio o financiación, en fin, y ya cuando se iba le pregunto por mi botella termo, que era el primer objetivo de la publicidad y me dan una botellita de Aceite de 20 ml o así embotellada para ellos.
No me quiere dar teléfono paravque yo la reclame o pase a recoger por algún sitio porque en teoría es lo que le han dado para nosotros, se han agotado.L o que no se dio vuenta esvque vi las botellas dentro del maletín cuándo saco la maquinita del ozono.
Garantía de por vida y no hay un teléfono al que dirigirne, para reckamar lo prometido, ¿como se va a confiar en ellos?.
En fin mucho cuidado, me han parecido unos trileros con malas artes.

La máquina nos la han tenido que cambiar unas 2-3 veces, jamás por una nueva. Siempre andando detrás del equipo técnico para que vinieran a casa a mirarla.
Por no hablar de lo “simpático” que fue el supuesto jefe de los técnicos (de Madrid). No solo no vinieron el día que tenían programado, si no que no avisaron, tuve que llamar yo, me dijeron que se les complicó el día (un viernes), el supuesto jefe me dijo que me llamaban el lunes, una semana esperando, escribí un WhatsApp a final de semana, no me contestó, y el sábado por la noche decido dejar un WhatsApp enviado, pensando que lo leerían el lunes, y esperando una respuesta a mi WhatsApp anterior, y me contesta de forma muy antipática que si me creo que son horas, que ese es su teléfono personal (desde el que me llamó y me dijo q el lunes me llamaba) y no sé cuántas tonterías más me dijo por WhatsApp. Una vergüenza de empresa y de equipo, que cada cual que ha venido aquí por lo menos, peor.
En fin, el producto? Pues sin más, sinceramente la usamos al principio pero después me parece una chorrada y un dineral tirado a la basura…
Ojalá poder poner una queja directa contra esa persona tan maleducada

La visita comercial es un horror te regalan una botella de aceite de escaso contenido. Se quedan 2 horas hablando de una máquina. Dicen que te limpian la campana extractora no siendo así. Y cuando niegas el querer nada. Hace numerosas llamadas a su jefe, para decirle que baje el precio de la máquina. Traen agua de una botella que ellos llevan de dudosa procedencia ese agua. Una experiencia comercial nefasta. Y nunca te limpian el aparato que te capta telefónicamente. Una estafa

Por ahora ha sido una buena adquisión. Estuve muy admirada durante la demostración y una vez instalafos los aparatos, veo sus beneficios. Incluyo un poco de suavizante al final de cada lavado de lavadora eso si pero la ducha es suficiente sin nada de gel. A toda la familia nos gusta. Y para la limpieza ya no digamos. Excelente. Por ahora el servicio tecnico perfecto. Ha respondido de inmediato a mis dudas y a hacer cualquier reajuste para el perfecto funcionamiento. Asi que por lo pronto, 5 estrellas.

Tener cuidado!! Tenian que instalarme el servicio vino un fontanero me comunicó que no se podía hacer que se tenga que comprar un grifo luego de una semana o 15 días que tenianque pedirlo,a ka semana viene otro fontanero y me dice que si se puede me hace dos agujeros en la pared y me dice que no se puede que es muy corto los cables y no es necesario el cambio del grifo que me dijeron que lo estudiarían por que no fabua manera de terminar la instalación me dejan las cajas y todo por hacer les comunique que viajaba que dejara el contacto de mi hijo para que lo terminarán y hasta la fecha ha pasado un mes y medio casi llame he informe que no quiero ya el servicio y me han amenazado incluso hablando con la financiera y comunicando que no tengo instalado que dejaron el producto y ya sin instalar .
Son mentirosos dan largas que envfobtanero estaba de baja, que la persona encargada estaba de vaciones ...no es una empresa seria se niegan a retirar su producto a pesar de decir que los que no cumplieron fueron ellos.
Tener cuidado !!

We applied for the government grant, which took a while to work through but were kept informed as to progress.
Well once granted things moved very efficiently, I have not had a better service from a company like this. Nothing was to much trouble,
Cleaned as they went and given the amount of pulling about the house needed to lay pipes under floors.
The organisation was excellent, the scaffolders turned up 9ish on the Monday, closely followed by the plumbers.
No messing about they started work immediately and professionally. The team said if I had issues and didn't like something talk and they would sort out the issue, Honestly I have not had such a good service from any company like Advanced eco, Michael and his Team, Thank you.
The fitting took 2 days to do, there was a lot to do. The pipe work was looks a work of art, pipework all over the house is a joy to see and all mess cleaned up as they went.
On the third day, the plumbing was finished off and the electricians turned up to complete the install. Micheal and team then showed me how to operate the heating system.
Again you will be hard to find a better service then Advanced eco

Update 1: First afternoon to nighttime
Given that the house has been without heat for 2 days in cold weather, the house is hotter then I have ever felt in it, i'm very impressed with the setup.

Update 2:
Having received our first eon bill which covered the first 2 weeks I am pleased to see that we are using probably 50% less electricity then this time last year. The house is so much warmer. Honestly I had my doubts how well this system would work, but are all unfounded, speak to advanced eco for advice.

We had an installation of an air source heat pump and solar panels by the excellent team from Advanced Eco, Michael, Tyler, Harry and Dave. We were very impressed with their knowledge and the way they carried out the work in a friendly and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble, I had a query with the control panel which was easily solved with a simple phone call. Thanks guys for a first class job!

Had solar panels installed last year. All work was professionally carried out, very friendly and explained everything to us. All working fine, and cheaper bills too!

Hola son unos impresentables las máquinas de ozono no funcionan y el servicio que dan es penoso, los llamo un montón de veces y no me cogen el teléfono los llamo con otro número y a la primera. No tienen filtros de la osmosis que tiene menos de un año y me dan un plazo de dos semanas no tienen repuestos o me dan largas.

Michael and the lads did a good job with work being completed very quickly 16/17th January- they were nice and friendly and easy to talk to and any questions asked were answered it’s so much nicer when you have workmen in your home who are nice friendly and approachable. The house throughout is toasty warm - thank you Vince & Sheila Robert.

This company installed heat pump and solar panels in August 24 at the house of an old lady of 90yrs with Alzheimer’s in August and she hasn’t had hot water since then.
Shame on you.
We get pushed around the company and no one ever turns up.

This was under a government scheme which took a little longer to get arranged, however once Michael and his team arrived install was complete in 2 days where they were nothing but professional and included me in every stage. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was as god or better when they left (even replaced a few cracked tiles for me while working on the roof). Handover was excellent, ensuing I understand the new system and how to get the most from it. Post care has also been excellent, being in contact to ensure it meets expectations and offer any guidance necessary.

Had new raidators, solar panels and air source heat pump installed through the EON scheme which amazingly was free. Advanced Eco managed the install. It was done very quickly and to a good standard.
The pump itself didnt work initially but Advanced Eco came back daily until it was up and running. Several months on and its running perfectly. The solar is generating export income and saving me money/ The pump also seems very efficient and heats the house nicely despite my own initial reservations. Overall very impressed. Many thanks to Michael and the plumbers who were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
