It was a fine experience. Quick and easy. The report was less informative than I had hoped for. But it did have very useful information.

I think the simplicity of this kit makes up a lot of the value. The process is so simple, very easy to follow instructions. I would definitely recommend. It told me a lot of stuff that I didn’t even realize and especially me being a vegan. There’s a lot of stuff I’m eating that my body shouldn’t have, but with this knowledge, I can make some corrections or maybe just choose some alternatives. The report I received was very informative and very easy to understand.

At first I was skeptical about the testing process, but once I got my results back, the findings were very interesting. I ordered the kit for my wife and I. Once we received the kit and sent out the samples I was worried that I didn't provide enough. In just a few days we got our results and cut out the foods that I was intolerant to. So far I'm feeling good and curious to know more about my body that regular tests don't show. Highly recommend.

The first test kit I received has an unbaked code. I had to call and they sent me a new kit. Results were fairly fast. I don’t think they really benefited me that much to be honest. Things that I can tolerate were on the avoid list and things that bother me were on the enjoy list. It had a lot of strange things like rabbit urine and other odd items that are not near me. I guess it was a fun experience anyway.

This experience was great. It was easy to do and I received my results quickly. They were easy to read and broke down in stages and categories. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has stomach issues or is just curious about their health.

Really easy to order and receive the kit. I didn't quite know what was being sent to me, but it came fast. The instructions with the kit were very good, and there is a video they provide to see what to do, but one step is a little unclear. It didn't matter in the end, as they received the kit back without a problem. Results came very fast, and they even emailed about a delay in results, but I found the turnaround time to be completely fair. The results were mostly great, I really love getting a good idea of what food triggers I have. I didn't know where to start before, and now I have a good idea of what foods I should cut. Unfortunately a large section of some of the tests gave inconclusive results, which feels like a little bit of a waste of money to be told that they have no idea about certain things, but you can't guarantee everything gives an answer, so it makes sense. I absolutely recommend these tests though, if anything as a supplement to other tests, to give you a clear idea of what foods you need to avoid, and what vitamins toyre deficient in.

Lots more information than I expected, and some unexpected findings. I am beginning to put this information to work for me and of course hope to see some changes.

this was a really easy process and informative test! It was confirmed that I have an overgrowth of candida which I’ve always wondered about. It’s extremely affordable compared to tests that are thousands of dollars for the same result! I recommend this for sure!

It was easy to send a sample in. It took about a week to get the results back. It’s crazy how they can get all the information from just your hair. Even knew the cleaning products I used.
