Thank you for taking the time to let us know. I see from the tracking, the order left our warehouse within 24 hours. Unfortunately, sometimes shipping companies face hiccups in travel. Our customer service department mentioned they have already sent you updated tracking, and should arrive on Friday. I'm sure you will be hearing from them again before then. We agree, delayed travel is always incredibly frustrating, and we thank you for your patience on this.

I appreciate customer service working me on a delivery to an Air BnB which was subsequently returned, but the redelivery to a family’s address in the area, was not delivered, or dropped at the wrong address. I’m looking for a refund pleaseZ

Subject: Issue with Promised Discount on First Order
I recently placed an online order on your website, and I must say that the overall ordering process was straightforward and convenient. However, I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience regarding the promised 30% discount for first-time customers.
During the registration process, I was informed that upon signing up with my email, I would receive a code to avail the aforementioned discount on my first order. Unfortunately, I did not receive any such code, and as a result, I was unable to apply the discount to my purchase.
