We bought a turbo and actuator. Actuator was the wrong part. They corrected the issue and immediately sent the correct part out. Truck is back up and running! Thanks Daniel and Adam!!

First part was defective and tool


First part was defective and tool almost 3 weeks to finally get it replaced. Super slow at responding to my emails and not 1 word to when the new one would arrive.

STAW AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting nearly three weeks for a replacement part — especially after receiving a defective one — is understandably frustrating. On top of that, slow email responses and not being given a clear timeline for when the replacement would arrive is not the level of communication we aim to provide at Advanced Truck Parts.

When it comes to semi-truck and heavy-duty truck parts, delays can directly impact your business and vehicle downtime. We should have communicated more clearly and proactively throughout the replacement process.

Part was good

Part was good. Service not so much. I ordered a part as soon as they opened. Paid for overnight shipping it took them 8 hours to create a shipping label. Called multiple times finally got someone the next day he told me he'd look into it 4 hours later still no phone call back. Called again got a lady she wasn't sure why it didn't ship but said she'd ship it out and refund the overnight charge. They only refunded half. Lesson learned if I need something quickly not to rely on them for fast service.
