we part we received was not the part ordered and we had to have Freightliner install the correct part.

Great customer service, they had the old obsolete air compressor I needed. It did show up with a cracked oil return line port though. No other cores available had to jb weld it in order to put it in service

Great service. Prompt response and even took the product back when I ordered the wrong part. They worked with me on a double return when I had inadvertently ordered a part twice.

Needed a part for the Cummins recon motor on the dump truck and they had it and got it in great condition and on time. Had to order another part the other day on the 4th . Had to get a new air compressor for the truck and ordering went just fine. I paid the fee for next day air but didn't get it and it won't be here till the 7th, sure it is not how I ordered it but things happen. Here is why I will continue to do my business here at truckparts.com, I called and let them know I didn't get it next day as I paid for and without hesitation they refunded the fee immediately for the next day air fee without issues. I am very satisfied with customer service. Keep up the great work y'all and I am definitely coming back when I need more parts.
