Advance Performance レビュー

Brian, who did my gait analysis, was really friendly and knowledgeable and sorted me out with a pair of running shoes that I am extremely happy with

Good advice from skilled and patient staff. Delighted with my shoes.

First class service from the analysis from Chloe to the ordering and delivery of my shoes, ordered from Saucony and delivered exactly when specified, excellent communication throughout 👍

Great first time, will go again

I had the gait analysis which was really helpful. We worked out which were better for my style of running and found shoes that suited. I have used them several times since purchase and am very happy with my new trainers.

A great experience having my gait analysis, staff were very knowledgeable of the products and what I needed to correct my dropped arches. Superb service and no pressure for making sales makes this a perfect store.

Great service through really understanding customer needs. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially when customer hates shopping. Not rushed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to shop. Thank you to Matt M ……. Will definitely recommend .

My husband had the same experience and I am typing on his phone. R W Cambridge

Second time I have purcahsed from AP and again very pleased with the service, quality of the product and price.

The only issue I had was the product was delivered to the billing address rather than the delivery address which delayed me receiving them by a couple of days as I wasn't at the billing address to receive them. Having said this, this slight issue wouldn't stop me from purchasing from them again. All in all a happy customer. Thank you

Perfect, everything Perfect

An exceptional and very thorough service. Mike couldn't have been more attentive and helpful and it was a pleasure to receive his advice and assistance throughout the detailed gait analysis. I came away feeling confident that the fit and the performance of the running shoes I finally settled on, the Asics Gel Kayano 29, absolutely met my needs. A genuine and fully deserved 5 Star Service, and a very big thank you to Mike for all your assistance and help.

Still not received hat although purchased 7 days ago !!

Superb service. Establishing what shoes are required to support your personal running style by videoing your personal gait and then taking the time to try running in a range of shoes specifically for your running style. The shoes offered are based on effective support needed then the style and budget range perfect ! Thank you

Thank you for the great service and knowledge given while choosing a pair of running shoes! Beautiful shop, 1 hour from home and we will be back!

Went for GAIT analysis in the Peterborough store where I tried on various pairs of trainers, finding the right shoe for me after testing on the treadmill and in the car park. The staff were knowledgeable and jovial. The trainers were price checked at the till. The store was clean and had a range of quality looking products. Overall a great experience and will be my go to running shop.

Simon was very helpful.

Went for GAIT assessment. Our assistant Brian was very thorough and very knowledgeable and patient. He was happy to price match both pairs of trainers and would recommend to everyone- top service and care

For the longest time I found running really uncomfortable and decided to finally get some good shoes and my gait analysed. Matt at the store was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were quickly able to find a comfortable pair of shoes which feel amazing!! Highly recommend and will be back again!

Fantastic place. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you Chloe and the team

The only smooth part of my running life is using advance performance, whether the friendly, helpful and informed staff in the store or the excellent website. Many thanks for the great service (again).
