Still no new trainers 😕

I haven’t received an update on my order and it doesn't appear to have been dispatched yet, even though I ordered 10 days ago and delivery was stated as 2-4 days.

So welcoming

Visited the Peterborough branch this morning for a gait analysis and new running shoes. I was served by Dianne who was amazing at making me feel comfortable and at ease. She is a lovely lady to talk to and my experience was just brilliant thanks to her welcoming attitude. We will definitely be visiting again 👍

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had a free gait analysis and was able to choose appropriate running shoes after seeing the difference between a few options. Even got to try them outside

Very helpful staff with a great knowledge of the different types of running shoes, won't be beaten on prices well, great place to get your running gear from.

Great customer service

The staff were extremely helpful sorting out a faulty shoe and sending it back to the manufacturer for a replacement.

OUTSTANDING

DYLAN at Advance Performance thank you for the invaluable advice, support and understanding in my quest to getting back to consistent running performance. DYLAN ,WOW, your expertise, passion and knowledge relating to all aspects of a runners life was amazing. I have been running for over 16 years and have never had the attention and support to the issues I have faced over the last 18 months. Honestly, just inspiring and I can't thank you enough. You just 'get it'. Keep being awesome . A customer for life that's for sure . Thankyou again for going above and beyond , and to the other lady in the store as you both continued to be so gracious considering you went over the hours of your working day
