My first impression was by the gentleman i talked to right off the bat. He was very helpful.

The gentleman that assisted me in signing up was very well informed, did not judge or belittle me, and was able to offer a solution within my needs.

Fast, helpful. Easy to do

When I first signed up, it was a big relief and you did cut down my debt quite a bit. The past year or so, I have not been real happy with the way my acct was handled. I tried to pay off the Jefferson accr 5 months ago and kept getting the run around. All the money that was going to the payed off accts should have been added to the remaining acc, but wasn't. Could have been played off months ago. I think your were just milking me for fees and "account maintenance". As far as the Oportun acct, a deal was made with them, then they sold the debt to a collection agency. They refused the payment settlement that was already in place and demand full payment. That's against the law and Advantage should have known that. A letter should have been sent to them alerting them the case was closed as far as I'm concerned. I think you should still inform them of our stance on this matter and get this off of my credit reports. Like I said, I appreciate what you did for me, but it could have been over with months ago if you handled this correctly. I do think you should contact Stenger and Stenger or something like thatand get this off my credit reports.

Easy to work with

So far so good! I just signed up for their service and I am happy with how I have been treated so far. Stay tuned. Jay was great in how he handled the intake, and will enjoy working with him in the nearby future.

The person who help me with the process. I have been trying to help from others companies but always was a “but or you can’t “ with you guys is different. The gentleman who helps me is an angel that God send to help me in my difficult time in my life. I said in my inside, I’m going to help others who need like me. I have peace of mind knowing that my credit cards will be paid

I am new to the program but very excited to get started. The webinar was very helpful to maintain a positive outlook on my decision to join this program.

The process was very easy and explained so I completely understand the process. I just signed up today and feel like they are the best complete option I needed.
