Everything was easy it was explained to me very well Kacy Mac is awesome

Michelle made me feel so comfortable talking to her about my finances. She explained everything in detail and how the process works and how highly rated this company is with the. Better Business Bureau. I felt at ease because we all know how much anxiety finances can cause but I know I’m not alone and I would highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing financial difficulties.

Very quick response time, great explanation of what they do and how they go about doing it. The customer service representative that I spoke to was knowledgeable about the service. They answered all my qustions and went in to detail about the plan to help. The app seems like it will be good. Haven't gotten to explore it yet.

The person I consulted with answered all my questions, was very kind and courteous and explained in detail how the program worked and found a resolution to help me with my debt.

I am very new to the program but so far they have been very kind and understanding of my changing circumstances in life that has caused me so much stress. I was unable to sleep and feeling sick all the time. Since i started working with Americore and Advantage Law i have been able to rest and am feeling better about life.

I had been battling with the decision to resolve my debt situation for a bit. I reached out to Americor for orientation and I was given a lot of information that made me feel at ease that taking this step was the best solution. The representative handling my case was on point. Very knowledgeable, and took his time to address all of my concerns. At the end of it although I am a bit nervous about the beginning stages of this process I know I did the right thing. I have received nothing but positive responses to my questions and feel that working here was the right choice. I am pleased with the service received and the way I was treated.

Treated me like family great service

I started with Americor and everything went very well until I got to my last one. Advantage took over and everything came to a standstill. I found myself calling them every month to see why it stalled out. Also why I was still paying them on a bill that was no longer on my credit since it timed out. But finally I contacted them and we finally reached a point where everything was paid off except that one and we are in the process of getting my money that’s been accumulated in there bank account for over a year. So overall I guess they did what they were supposed to do. I appreciate them and Americor for helping me but if I had a chat to do it again I wouldn’t have.

I was so very scared to commit. Still am as of right now. Rene was excellent of explaining everything to me and how the program works. I’m glad I made the decision and want this to be over this.
