Wonderful service. Edward showed comprehensive understanding of our circumstances and delivered a mortgage solution that met our requirements in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to use him and the Advias team in the future.

Responsive, knowledgeable and personal
Edward and the Advias team were excellent. They did a fantastic job of securing us a mortgage on a property that most high street lenders would not consider. The rate was also very competitive as he was always prepared to negotiate and re-negotiate on our terms.
