I used Advies Wealth for a defined benefit pension plan transfer and was very satisfied with the service provided. They processed the transfer request very efficiently and made sure I was aware of the risks involved and how the process would work. They were also available to answer questions as they arose. Would recommend them.

I was looking to transfer my defined benefit pension schemes into 1 location to give me access to my pension pot when I turn 55 and after extensive internet searches settled on Advies Wealth. Throughout the entire process they have been helpful producing all the relevant documentation and making it extremely easy for me to complete and sign. Always available to answer questions and as a result the transfer process has gone very smoothly.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is I feel that at the start of the process it would have been nice to actually have some face time with the advisor either in person or through zoom, but having said that just doing it all via the phone has worked and overall I am very happy with how it has all gone.

Took a while to find a company that would take on a Flexi Drawdown Transfer, most just said that its simply not possible , but Advies Wealth said yes almost instantly .
Advise aren't cheap but it's an extremely limited market but most importantly they got the job done .
Communications were very good and I must single out Jemma Lee in their Adim team she was brilliant.
It's a minefield trying to get your pension via drawdown , I put my trust in Advies Wealth and they delivered.

From the beginning to the end Advies Wealth delivered on what they promised from the start. Whilst their services are not the cheapest they were honest from the start and did not waste my time. I had engaged advice before Advies Wealth to be told after much time consuming research and efforts on my part that my proposition was not doable. My pension transfers were declined without any reason. Clearly as a third attempt with another adviser I was anxious that my needs and requirements would not be met when I engaged with Advies Wealth. Advies Wealth understood my needs and delivered. I am a financial services ex adviser myself so understand the compliance and implications of transferring from DB schemes and the risks involved. However, transferring my pension funds was vital to me in my current circumstances. I would recommend this firm as they listen to their client needs and wants and at the same time help their client make an informed decision based on research analysis. I transferred my final salary pension. The advice and customer service was excellent. Never pushy, always allowed time to consider the information and my decision. Ensured i was directed to government websites to ensure i understood the process. I was extremely nervous and the whole process took over 9 months of me researching and then Advies wealth supporting. i was very disappointed with their service when completing a pension transfer. The report was full of errors and I had to chase up everything myself and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
