Really excellent service. Ciprian was very easy to deal with and efficient. The car was well looked after and dropped home at our convenience. Would definitely recommend the service.

My experience with AD Williams was amazing! They were in contact with me frequently via email and telephone at every stage of the repair process for my vehicle. The body shop manager Ciprian ensured that every part of the process was as stress-free as possible for me after my vehicle was damaged by another driver. He even arranged collection and drop off of my vehicle to and from my home! Not only was their customer service excellent, but the repairs to my vehicle were great too! It looks as good as new. I was very impressed by them and would highly recommend using them in future.

You can only go on your own experience and with that I can only speak good as Ciprian and I believe Rob and there team were very informative throughout the process and answered any questions I had promptly. You sometimes hear of bodywork shops that don't do a decent job but I can only praise them on the work on my Jaguar XE R-sport looks just like new.

Great friendly service also quality of work was excellent. Will be my go for garages in the future the manager Ciprian went the extra mile and was in close contact for the duration of my repair thank you

Amazing bodywork and amazing customer service. Every member of staff I came into contact with were very helpful and polite. They made my car look brand new again.. could not recommend them enough. Thank you!

Very quick repair, they went beyond what was expected of them, my door needed replacing after someone had crashed into the side of it, not only did they repair the door, they did an excellent paint job, and readjusted my front bumper as it was falling off. Very pleased with their service.

Absolute amazing. The support I received was outstanding. My vehicle is perfect, the drivers were caring and helped me empty my boot of my car. Extremely respectful. The manager updated every week. Will definitely recommend them. Very professional and supportive.

Very happy with the result of the reparation. Great responsibility from the beginning until the end, giving confidence to customer, and informing many times about the process of reparation. In 5 days the vehicle was repaired in perfect conditions.

Excellent bodywork. I wasn't expecting the perfect colour match for my silver car, but after all I can't see any difference at all. Plus they've done my car very quickly.

Ad Williams express Heathrow is one of the worse, unexpected, not Loyal , delay on the repair of the car , and doesn’t know how to fix AD condenser , waste of time to leave your car with them , three months after first repair of car , still my car is not on the road properly, customer service 0.0000, experience -0.0000 . For few days I didn’t go to work because they haven’t finished to repair my car .

The standard of work is fine.
I understand that the delay couldn’t be helped but nevertheless that’s why it’s not 5 stars
