Great service

Had an accident they towed my car fixed it,they even spruced up old bumps and bruises I had forgotten about, car brought cleaned inside and out , excellent service would definitely recommend!!

I really had a nice experience and recommed AD williams to my friends and family.

Needed my car door fixed after a significant dent and AD Williams we’re super helpful and the staff were very friendly, really efficient service. They dropped my car back to me and came back in an immaculate condition. Couldn’t recommend enough

Absolutely outstanding team, looked after my car and did a smashing job on it. (I.e undid a smashing job I did on it 😂) The gentlemen that I saw when picking up my car were great, nice and polite. Would recommend them 100%.

The company drivers were really helpful and explained the process of repairs to me thoroughly when they picked my car up. They checked my car and explained the courtesy car to me so I could drive it easily, thanks for their patience.
Very pleased with repairs, professional over the phone and they updated me a lot about my car to let me know where it was up to.
I was really happy to receive it back promptly.

I am very pleased with the work done on my car after the accident. a lot of work was needed. However, the date for collection changed 5 times, and I only knew because I rang to check on the times so communication needs to be improved

very efficient and car all fixed nicely without taken too much time either ,communication through website helped if alittle basic ,but when asked for feedback on car repairs happy to print out paperwork .Highly reccomend.

Had o/s front wing bumper and head light damage and when they returned my car it looked like it had just come out of a showroom inside and out was immaculate

This garage was chosen by my insurance company due to them having the soonest availability to fix my car. The work was carried out extremely well. However, be ready to wait atleast a month for your vehicle to be fixed. I frequently had to chase the garage up and i was never updated on the status of my car or when it would be ready. I would be told a time that the car would be collected / dropped off but they never met these targets and i would have to ring up to remind them that i was waiting. On one occasion they left me waiting for 5 hours. Poor communication but gets the work done eventually.

AD Williams , Farnham have had my van for over 3 weeks and nothing has been done, apart from 2 initial assessments of the damage. I’ve rung weekly asking for updates, because there has been zero communication from them, despite me asking for it. Then I received a call from their Heathrow branch, to tell me , they’ve got my van, as Farnham are too busy !!! It’s just been pushed to one side, even though I’m desperate for its return. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE !!
