Once the process started and my car was collected it was swift, professional and the repair was totally great. I would recommend AD Williams to anyone who has bodywork issues with their vehicle.

The worst company ever please be aware and never use them and if your insurance company send you to them don’t accept and take to a different workshop that’s more reliable.
They have given a a completion date to us and keep changing it making stupid excuses every time still haven’t repaid our vehicle and changed the completion date 3 time

I had my accident on 2/5/2023, on the 8/5/2023 I had been referred over to AD Williams, all was going well at this point they picked my car up on 10/05/2023 and I was told it would be finished by end of may as the rear and front end was damaged. That was perfectly fine by me as I had been put into a courtesy car. This is when it all goes bad….
Since my car has been in the garage I did not have 1 update which is shocking as I work in an automotive group myself…..
Every time I tried to call in I could not get through not once !
The whole time it was in there I did not get one call from AD Williams…..
Apart from when my car was finished on 29/06/2023 when they rushed for me to pick the car up…..
I was at work when this happened so my relative went to pick the car up for me…
When it got home I received pictures and I’ve noticed they have put the complete wrong tailgate on and not fixed the dents on the roof rail…..
When I confronted them they said I need to source the parts MYSELF !!!!
My car still has not gone back into the garage and I now have no further contact this is ridiculous!!!!!!

I would have given it less than 1 star…
I would have given it less than 1 star if I could. My car got scratched about 2 months ago and is at AD williams for repair. I was told on several phone-calls I had with them that it would take a week for them to repair. I waited 2 months for the parts to arrive so that I didn’t have to wait long as I work fulltime and am 32 weeks pregnant so do need my car. I called today as my car was due to finish 2 days later but I have been told the repair time is extended to 2 weeks now. I wanted to request to see if they can finish it sooner but the customer service lady cut me off half way between conversation and is now not picking up. Considering you are customer service, you lack basic social skills.

Awful lack of communication and disorganised company, talking about Uxbridge branch. First, they didn't pick our car up on time, caused them to think they had a car when they didn't. Rearranged to pick car up on another day. Didn't communicate that our car was ready to be picked up, only found out a week later. When ringing Uxbridge branch, they do not pick up at all.
Don not use Ever
My vehicle was sent here 60days no communication from them, they didn’t do the work on the car, it came back worse than it went in, the interior smelt of cigarettes, the garage broke the passenger wing mirror, which I had to chase up to get replaced, they never answered the phone or respond to emails from my insurance. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE

The worst garage on the planet,, they will rip your car ,, and when the realise that they cannot repair ,, they will not put it back ,, they came to my home and drove my car,, and they returns the car in the truck ,, will not recommend them at all,,

I recently had my car door repaired by AD Williams. There were some issues with setting up the appointment (between my insurer and AD Williams). However once the car was collected everything ran smoothly. They did an excellent job and my car was valeted on its return. I would recommend them

Ford parts took too long to obtain. Car was delivered with front passenger door not opening from outside. However car taken back to resolve and returned in few hours. Customer service was good but could do with keeping Customer more informed of progress of works.

I’ve had an insurance claim ongoing for 6 months and been waiting for a door for months got van booked in with 2 weeks notice that the part would be there
They picked the van up then within an hour I was told the door was now not coming and put on a back order which meant another 3/4 weeks as usual brexit and Covid were blamed which is now the standard excuse for poor service
