Good price and great service
Price was very good for the Redsun R9-750 servo motor and quick delivery. Had a question after I'd installed the motor, about some menu options and they contacted me to run through the issue to sort, which was fast and simple.

The component I ordered arrived a bit later than I expected, but hopefully it will make a difference to our machinist. I did think the postage was higher than I expected. It was a small component and would easily fit through a letter box, why not also have a choice of second class mail? Rather than turn a fairly flat package into an item when I had to be there to receive it. I had to visit my Post Office twice to collect it, counter staff couldnât find it, it took the manager just moments to find it, hence I didnât actually receive it until 13th of April.
