Items arrived in good time, well packaged and with clear instructions. I can't say there's been a huge difference, however in the past week my allergic rhinitis symptoms have lessened so I'm hoping for a continued improvement.

I bought the plug in Aerilite Ionisers for my studio to clear the air while I am painting. They help me a lot, my breathing is better and my eyes are no longer sore from the paint. I can recommend then, my air is cleaner and more breathable . I am sensitive to chemicals and VOC's
These invisible chemicals build up over time causing more gradual health problems, so anything that helps clear the air is worth it. These

Both my husband and I noticed a difference straight away in our kitchen with the air feeling lighter and cleaner. Also after the house being cleaned then left empty for a two week holiday we came home to find s very dusty tv stand. This was due to artilite pulling particles out of the air and pinning them down to the surfaces instead of us breathing them in. I would definitely recommend aerilite.

Since purchasing my Aerilite my husbands coughing has significantly improved. My lounge feels clean and fresh. I would highly recommend purchasing this very well priced Aerilte plug in. It takes care of itself and no noise at all.

less dust, better sleep, and peace

I bought these as one of my dogs has been suffering bad allergies and his test show that he has a lot of heavy metals in his body, they assumed we lived near and industrial area which we do not! They suggested that we have these in the house as we could all be breathing in the same as him. His allergies have improved greatly which could be due to your products and the herbs etc they are providing so we are certainly going in the right direction.

I do now recommend that my friends and family have them in their homes as well.

For years I have struggled with allergy induced athsma. Dust mites and pollen. I live in a carpet free home. I hoover the mattress weekly. I wash all my bedding every week as well. I was wedded to my inhalers. And developed a small ulcer as a side effect of using it.
Then I bought aerilite. Since I plugged them in I can breathe through my nose. I sleep better. And I no longer need to use that inhaler. Free of it for the first time in years. It's worked for me.

They took a while to arrive, but I've tried other Ionisers, had my plug ins for a while now, but these are the best ones, they're bigger from this company and we are sleeping better. The one in my kitchen is great, especially, because it cleans the air after cooking, and there are no lingering smells . I'm very happy with them.

Great, no problems, just plug in and forget it's there.

The most significant thing I’ve noticed is that I cough a lot less than I used to. I don’t have any particular health problems but I have tended to cough quite often. Chest scans are always clear so I became used to it.
It’s quite a treat to be honest.

We have one in each bedroom and one in the conservatory. I might add another once we have renovated the lounge.

Since I have the ioniser I have noticed that my brain feels clearer and my memory is better. Also, the air feels fresher. All in all, a very positive experience!

Thank you Andrew my fog lifted can remember things a lot more clearly, seriously worried about whether I had Alzheimer’s. So much better really pleased with it thanks

They are appalling to deal with re customer service.
I ordered in December a set of 6 , they finally arrived mid jan. They are so shoddily manufactured and most of the plug in pins are at an angle and won’t allow the ioniser to be plugged in to a uk socket. I have subsequently been back and forth with their customer service dept who are asking for photos etc( stalling to take me out of refund eligibility no doubt).
Now they are saying they will send me a replacement( as I’ve mentioned involving going to trading standards dept). I’ve explained I have lost confidence in their ionisers now and just want a refund.
Lets see what excuse they come up with next to avoid refunding me for products that are quite clearly not of a satisfactory standard.

I ordered two Aerilite Plug In Ionisers. Unfortunately they were never delivered. I contacted Grace at Aerilite who investigated my claim. Despite able to get a photo from the courier, we ascertained it was not delivered to my address.
Grace was extremely helpful and has now posted two more Ioniser's.
I cannot thank her enough for her help and support, professionalism and friendly manner.

This company scammed my 87 year old mother out of over £400. She received 4 plugs and is receiving emails that another 21 are on the way! What does she need with 25 plugs!??? She is worried about her memory and purchased through a Facebook ad thinking they were genuine as she saw the pic of the Trustpilot reviews page - which is fake. The product is a joke. The fraud team at the bank are now investigating but given my mum freely gave this company her bank card details, there is probably little they can do. They should be shut down.

Scam. Do not buy. My mother got scammed. The company misleads and outright lies in multiple ways.

1. Aerilite advertises via Facebook using bunk claims, with a completely unsourced "4.9/5 star" rating. The data is not open. It's not sourced. You can't see it. It's made-up.

2. My mum is convinced that she saw a high trustpilot rating, and that's why she bought the plugs. No such rating exists. Guess what Aerilite has on one of their own marketing pages on aerilite.com? A fake trustpilot picture with 4.6 stars.

3. The marketing literature is full of pseudoscientific bunk that is pitched at people who are worried about their health and, in particular, whether they have cognitive decline or dementia.

It's scummy. In their own marketing material, you cannot select the text (presumably to make it more difficult to search the web for any of the terms) and "Dr. Sarah Ward" is apparently a veteran neurologist with 22 years of experience in one article, but 32 years in the other. So which is it? Where's Dr. Sarah Ward's credentials? Where does she practise medicine? What papers has she published?

4. The product itself is flimsy and I'm 99.99% sure if someone did a teardown, they'd see that it's just a blue light that might set your house on fire.

I'm going to write to whatever UK agency regulates these people, as they need to be stopped.

I have had the Aerlite plug in ioniser for a couple of weeks. My bedroom does feel fresher however it's too soon to notice any other improvements. The plug arrives with a sort of sellotape 'secured' across the front of the plug, should it be removed?. The blue light is extremely bright, it lights up the surrounding area most notably at nighttime. I find it intrusive.

Ordered so called most popular pack of 4 ionisers with free shipping 08/01/26.no further communication unless i download shop app.send you code to email which is impossible to use they are a joke dont even give them a second thought must be a scam rubbish communication what else are people supposed to think

Will not trust a company who fakes reviews in such a blatant way

A scam. Simply an expensive blue light that might present a fire risk.
