Extraodinary, authentic CV3 stone meteorites. No issues.

Picked the most perfect suitcase , first time ordering with this company! Didn’t arrive stuck at @Yodel delivery depot .
Sadly I won’t use this company again as they use Yodel

the meteorite was not finished properly. It had circular scratches all over clearly seen in macro photography.

I placed a fairly large order with Aerolite because, frankly, I got excited . . . 🤞🏼🪷🙏🏼and rightly so. Their collection of Moldavite, Libyan Desert Glass, and meteorite pieces is unmatched in elegance and energy. I love them! (Watch well read 😁 how cool meteorite is mixed with LGD) I was particularly thrilled to receive a spiral meteorite necklace holding a genuine piece of Campo del Cielo and these GORGEOUS exquisite lockets containing Moldavite and Libyan Desert Glass. Bc they def belong together. . Iykyk mmk mmk 😉 thank me later.

Although there was an unexpected hiccup with my order, as in no moldavite necklaces due to a product error and they ate the fault so fast that the moldavite was suitable to sell due to the damage. If they were a shame. . .they would've never messaged me such about product error an not willing to give me a broken moldavite. If they lacked integrity and honesty as others are claiming I would assume they would've sent it right on with the rest of my pre paid order. But they have integrity and Melissa and her Aerolite team went above and beyond to make it right. They communicated with me promptly, refunded me appropriately, and GUESS WHAT I told u they were meant to be paired together bc a few days later even more impressively, Melissa at aerolite meteorites inc contacted me back astonished she had more moldavite!!!!! And SHE still sent me the locket I had been most excited about, along with tracking and full transparency. AND MY REFUND AS WELL. cmon y'all. . . That level of integrity speaks volumes about who they are as a company.

As someone deeply. . .DEEPLY invested in this hobby, I’ve spent years researching and authenticating these rare stones. The quality and authenticity of what Aerolite offers is top-tier complete with paperwork, testing details, and none of the questionable practices I’ve seen elsewhere. You can feel the elegance and intention the moment their pieces reach your hands.

Yes, things don’t always go perfectly with any business especially smaller owned operations but my experience proves that how a company responds is what truly defines them on top of great product!! I hope others who’ve had challenges find resolution, because this brand has earned my full trust and ongoing business. If you’re here wondering if it’s worth it. I promise, you’re not shopping wrong.

The positive is that I did received the item I ordered, however, the specimen ID card arrived damaged.
I contacted them many times and requested a replacement (at my expense) and received zero reply from them.

This online retailer sells items with inaccurate product descriptions. I brought the misinformation to the attention of Aerolite Meteorites, but they neither responded to my message, nor corrected the glaring mistake. I then attempted to alert potential customers about the issue, but Aerolite Meteorites refuses to post my review for the products in question. If a merchant can’t be trusted to provide accurate information, it raises obvious doubts about the overall reliability, quality and authenticity of its products.
