AFYER TRYING TO RETURN ORDER THEY SEND SAME STANDARD RESPONSE OFFERING A SMALL PERCENTAGE OFF BUT NEVER ONCE GIVING ANY RETURN ADDRESS WHICH IS APPARENTLYIN CHINA, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS SCORE I WOULD, THEY TELL YOU RETURNS CAN ONLY BE SENT TO CHINA AT YOUR OWN COST AND SEND EXACT SAME EMAIL TO GIVE AS A GIFT TO FAMILY MEMBERS

Ik kreeg na mijn bestelling geen bevestiging via de mail. 6 x om gevraagd. Het apparaat kwam na 6 dagen maar de doos was beschadigd. Ik had ondertussen al slechte reviews gelezen dus was er al helemaal klaar mee. Ik moet hem nu op eigen risico en kosten naar China terugsturen met ook nog 15% aftrek. Anders mag ik kiezen voor 3 % van het aankoopbedrag terug. Mijn advies: nooit kopen.

Niet aangekomen. Handtekening die niemand van ons gezet heeft .toch blijven ze volhouden.je krijgt niemand tepakken mailen dan ken je bijna 1 mnd wachten voordat ze terug reageren.
Erg jammer ik bestel er niks meer .alleen al om het contact dieptriest

It was my first time buying from My Rainbow Pets. Their 115 cm cat tree is very beautiful. The order landed on my doorstep in just 3 days, way quicker than I had anticipated.

Arnaque. Le produit livré ne correspond pas au produit présent sur la page web. Il s'agit d'un produit de composants chinois sans marque et ne présentant aucune norme légale CE. De plus le produit n'est accompagné que d'une notice en anglais. Très mauvais appareil. Attention un site développé par cette marque vous indique que c'est le meilleur appareil et vous donne un lien sur le site d'achat. En comparant d'autres appareils présents sur le marché l'Aerofry airfryer est l'un des plus mauvais. Son prix est éxagéré.

Cheating Chinese based scammers, said they would refund me 30% back if I kept the product which I didn't want to as they would not take back...never received the payback even after 8 emails! Avoid like the plague.

We upgraded from a single basket air fryer to our double basket Aerofry air fryer. It's amazing, we all love touch screens. It's very easy to use! Ability to cook 2 different foods at the same time. Then we could save much cooking time.

Item not recieved, my email address was blocked to prevent contact and no refund, taking up matters with my payment provider

This is my first air fryer. I'm very happy with it. Easy to use, easy to clean and fully functional. Love the dual cooking feature, especially the one that allows different foods to be cooked at the same time.

We received the AeroFry air fryer and it reheats faster than I thought. This is better than expected.

Appalling Chinese company! Product arrived smashed up and nearly 4 months later after my bank refunded me as Aerofry uk wouldn't help they are still emailing me up to 5 times a day threatening to now send a replacement and take the money back. They accuse me of fraud and threatened my credit score. They harrass me all of the time now. Horrible company. Horrible UNBRANDED PRODUCT!!!

Using this air fryer saves me so much time cooking food. I can't leave it now.
