Ayant vu les avis et les mises en garde trop tard, juste après avoir commandé sur ce site, j'ai annulé ma commande.
Ils m'ont répondu que c'était en livraison alors que c'était impossible...
J'ai donc refusé le colis et leur ai réclamé le remboursement.
Ils m'ont répondu que 50€ seraient déduits du remboursement...
En fait vous pouvez vendre n' importe quel produit nul, et gagner beaucoup d' argent simplement avec les frais de retour imposés aux malheureux clients, victimes de forcing !...

Do not buy from this company you will regret it they are scammers the airfryer does not conform to UK safety regulations they are dangerous and not fit for purpose I bought one after reading a review that basically said they was the best thing since sliced bread I now suspect they wrote it themselves customer service is useless I spent two weeks of emailing someone called Paddy (made up name) the machine is broken fan on draw 2 not working which caused it to overheat warping the top Paddy kept wanting to send me a new one that I took to mean they wanted me to buy another and they would discount by 2% then 5% and so on up to 10% which I refused and told Paddy I want my money refunded they have now blocked me be warned they are Scammers

Avoid this company, firstly Aerofry UK is not in the UK, they are in China, one of the drawers failed and stated it was open when it was fully closed, therefore no power to that drawer as a safety device is fitted to cut the power off when the drawer is open. Contacted customer support by email many times, no answer, now in the process of a section 75 claim with bank, avoid at all costs

na 6 maanden stopte hij er mee. Heb wel 10 mails gestuurd maar de eerste 3 keer antwoord, maar daarna niets meer. Ik ben zelf gaan sleutelen en begon bij de aansluiting, en ja de kroonsteentje was door gebrand. nieuw kroonsteentje er aan en hij doet het weer. Ik kan u zeggen dat ik daar niet blij mee was. als je nadenkt wat er allemaal had kunnen gebeuren. Heb weer ween mail gestuurd maar niets meer vernomen. Het zijn voor mij oplichters

Do not buy from this company. We want to return an item within 14 days and they are blocking saying we must send the item to china. Bizarre company. Don’t do it.

Love the dual baskets and the easy of using this. I love this air fryer. It works well and is easy to clean. It is bigger, so taked more counter space.

I can set both baskets independently or sync them together for time and temp. Everything we've cooked in it has turned out great. We use it at least once or twice a week now.

Here is my reply to my last email to Aerofry!! They do not have a returns policy, they are genuinely dodgy and here’s the proof. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Our return policy states that we do not provide return labels. You must return the goods to China at your own expense;

Please note: 10% of the amount will be deducted for successful returns of unopened products.
15% of the amount will be deducted for successful returns of opened products.

Returning goods to China costs a lot of money and time, in which case we give you a refund of 3% of this order and you keep it or give it as a gift to a friend or loved one.

This AeroFry Air Fryer is so well built, heavy duty, with lots of room for 2 (or more) different foods, so convenient & easy!

Please dont make the same mistake as all the others here.
Terrible service? NO service you mean. We want to return the product but the refuse to take it back, discounts and all, WE DONT WANT YOUR PRODUCT!

We dont get any answer anymore, we simply asked for the return address but it seems that is non existing. The terms says we can return it within 14 days but its been over 6 months now and still no return details (after over 40 emails and asking for it for over 25 times...)

Aerofryer, melted on first use both inside and the basket, obviously faulty, emailed support team at Aerofryer explained problem and said fryer not fit for purpose, wanted refund or replacement. Well had response from someone called'Paddy' , first said would send new basket, I said pointless because melted inside, then said he would ask engineers!! I said I wanted refund, the last email he wanted to know if fryer was still usable !!'What'!!! apart from the smell of burning plastic it's a fire risk I'm certainly not going to plug it in again. Please if anyone is reading this do not buy from this company, use a reputable firm. My fryer will be going to trading standards for them to examine.Lesson learnt at a cost.

This companies customer service is full of liars. I ordered one of their products, then discovered my other half had purchased one for me already. I contacted the company less than 4 hours after placing the order to cancel it. I was told they were unable to do so as had already been picked up by shipper. However the shippers own tracking showed it was not picked up from distributor until 3 days later. This is not a uk company and product doesn't comply with uk safety regulations and is all but impossible to return as has to be shipped back to China. I through the thing in the bin. Don't buy anything from this scam company!

I waited awhile before getting my AeroFry air fryer. Easy to use and my son also can make something quick. I have a busy schedule and this is a healthier way of cooking.

Ik ben als klant nog nooit zo slecht behandeld door een bedrijf. Geen service geen oplossing en geen enkel fatsoenlijk contact mogelijk. Overigens kreeg ik mijn product zwaar beschadigd aangeleverd en is er geen oplossing. Het zijn criminele praktijken.

It does everything I need to do and better. It replaced my toaster. Size is not too big not too small and cleans very eaily.

This AeroFry air fryer is top notch, its quiet, runs great. I did purchase silicon pads to lay inside the pan to help food from sticking to the grate, I think this will prolong the life of the basket. Overall, its easy to operate, the touch screen is easy to see and cleanup is a breeze.

Wat er mis ging inmiddels alles na 4 weken die airfryer nog niet gehad .
Je krijgt alleen dat ze het aan het uitzoeken zijn. Ik ga dan ook aangifte doen van oplichting want dit is niet normaal. En iedereen die goede ervaringen hebben gehad gefeliciteerd. Je zou bijna zeggen dat het medewerkers zijn .

Ik kan me echt totaal niet in de slechte reviews vinden... had al besteld en las het toen pas. Dinsdagavond besteld en vrijdag al in huis. Inderdaad geen bestelbevestiging maar kreeg donderdag een mail dat vrijdag de DHL zou komen. Vrijdag geleverd. Keurig verpakt. Vanavond gelijk geprobeerd. Heel stil apparaat en hapjes volgens de beschrijving op de verpakking klaar gemaakt. Perfect kan niet anders zeggen. Hadden hiervoor een Philips airfryer xxl oude versie en las dat de nieuwe niet te vergelijken was vandaar deze keuze. Ben tot zover heel erg blij met de aankoop.
