I bought this air fryer after reading a couple of reviews. They must have been written by scammers! The air fryer does work. My problem is that Drawer 2 only has one glass pane instead of the two in Drawer 1. I have contacted the helpline by their email link. Just got fobbed off until now when they are just ignoring me. All I am asking for is a replacement drawer.
So far….Useless!

Dommage que je ne sois pas tombée sur ce site avant de commander... comme la plupart d'entre vous, j'aurais mis 0 si j'avais pu. J'ai commandé 2 airfryers (pour mes 2 grands qui sont étudiants) le 14 décembre. Les produits partent dans 2 colis dès le lendemain, arrivent à Roissy puis plus de nouvelles. Je contacte aerofry qui me demande d'etre patiente. Appel au transporteur qui me confirme que je ne recevrai pas à temps pour Noël. Je demande à aerofry de changer les lieux de livraison puisque mes enfants repartaient, toujours le même style de message d'être patiente. Les jours passent , mes produits n'ont toujours pas quitté Roissy et j'apprends début janvier que les deux produits ont été renvoyés à l'expéditeur. Après appel aux différents transporteurs (chronopost, dpd France et dpd UK) j'apprends que la société n'a PAS envoyé les documents nécessaires pour passer la douane et n'a JAMAIS réagi aux relances des transporteurs (alors que je les avais alertés déjà avant Noël). Je demande donc le remboursement intégral, ils nient avoir reçu mes deux produits en retour. J'envoie les preuves avec le nom des 2 personnes qui ont signé. Pendant presque un mois ils ont refusé de me rembourser, proposant de renvoyer les produits mais sans répondre à ma question dans quel type de relais colis ils livrent. Après des échanges quotidiens ils ont fini par me rembourser environ 60% de la somme totale. Pour justifier le non remboursement total, ils ont prétendu que j'avais refusé de signer lorsque les colis ont été livrés et avancent leurs conditions de vente. Je les ai lues en détail, ce cas de figure n'y est évidemment pas et nulle part un montant stipulant les frais n'est mentionné. Bref fuyez ces escrocs.

Seems ok so far. No problems. Arrived promptly and undamaged. Good response from customer service when I had a query. Had fryer for about 6 weeks now.

Toen de airfryer geleverd werd hadden we al onze bedenkingen. Nadat we hem 1x gebruikt hebben hadden we al spijt, het ding warmt niet goed op en kabel/stekker wordt ontzettend heet. Chinese prul en ik ben met mooie beloftes op social media er ingetrapt!! Email gestuurd met verzoek adres om te kunnen retourneren binnen 14 dagen. Al 6 keer moeten uitleggen per email wat de retour reden is maar we krijgen geen retour adres. Alles binnen termijn gevraagd en nu Klarna ingeschakeld want had het product gekocht met achteraf betalen. Mijn advies: koop niet bij Aerofry!!

Have an unwanted Aerofry in the house that we want to return as does not look fit for purpose and read the reviews. Company informed of restocking charge, but regardless will not send a return address. All we know is that it is in China somewhere.

the air fryer is complete rubbish and if you try to return it like i did they just comlpetley ignore your request for returns address,so please dont do what i did and ordered airfryer before looking at reviews because you might aswell throw you money into the street.I have repoterd them to action freud and they are onto them and i purchased with credit card and thats only way you can get your money back from these cheap scammers.they have no phone number they have no address so you have been warned.
I will be dropping there airfryer at the local tip.

They posted it without my consent although I asked about the warranty before the dispatch notice. There is no warranty despite the fake statement on their website. They asked me to send the photos of the Airfryer when I wanted to return it. They sent an e-mail stating successful returns of opened products will deduct 15% of the amount. I insisted on returning then they asked me to return it to China alternatively offered a 20% partial refund. They never provided the return address in China or followed up on the partial refund offer. The Product I received is a cheap-looking (no branding or logo as advertised on their website) Chinese-made plastic which could be hazardous. This is a 100% scam company and I strongly recommend everybody to stay well clear. UK citizens please report to
National Trading Standards eCrime Team and The National Cyber Security Centre to get their website down to avoid further victims.

Stay FAR away from that Chinese scam COMPANY.
They will not stand by their responsibility when you cancel the product 30 minutes later again, and sell the product under a false product name Aerofry.dk A Chinese scam company that will not take their crap back, which also does not work.

Ordered a Air fryer from this company in November. It didn't work when I received it. They won't send me my money back or replace the item. They sent me a new motor which my husband spent hours trying to put in. When he managed it it worked for 5 minutes and then broke again. I've sent email after email and also videos of it not working. I also didn't realise they weren't in the UK. Please don't buy from this company as they have stolen £129.99 from me and it makes me furious.

Doos met schade ontvangen. Was duidelijk gevallen.
DHL stuurt mij naar Aerofry. Absoluut 0 op de register.
Ik probeerde in het begin al te annuleren maar het was al gestuurd!. Nu krijg ik alleen via mail dat ik de product moet proberen. ze willen dat ik het gewoon accepteer. mails alleen 1 keer per dag en om 05:00 verstuurd. Duidelijk uit China!. NIET DOEN mensen. Het gaat wel aan maar warmt niet op. nog steeds geen antwoord. Gevecht zonder eind.

I don't even want to give 1 star same problems as all the other people that has given a review, I'm sorry I spent so much money on a heap of rubbish of a airfry, I told them after so many emails that I was going to take it further, AeroFry UK is not in the UK everything is in China, no refunds, no phone number all emails from China,Paddy or Cindy ,think we're stupid or something, I've questiond them,I wanted to send it back,no chance of doing that, they offered me 5% to keep it or give it to a friend or relative as a gift, beggers belief, told them its an insult to me I bought it for myself, and I was taking if further I asked why there called AeroFry UK when it's not in the UK, no answers, all these emails were started before Christmas, up until today ,when they offered me 10% ,I had had enough so said OK, but I would tell people not to trust this Website and not buy off them, let's see if I get the lousy 10%back now,I'm still fuming with myself for thinking it was a UK company, definitely not a reputable company, don't go there people.

I had an Aerofry air fryer and it broke within a month . Aerofry do everything in there power not to refund or exchange the faulty Air fryer. They ask for videos of the faulty item which were provided and still try to fob me off . This is not a UK company so avoid at all costs . They are scammers avoid !

Ik heb 20-11-2023 een dubbele Airfryer gekocht bij AeroFry-NL lang moeten wachten 1december ontvangen toen ik de airfryer uit de doos haalde had ik geen goed gevoel ik dacht dat dit dus een tweede hanzen was.
En wat bleek de rechterkant van de pot deed het niet meerdere email gestuurd naar Aerofry dad ik een kapotte airfryer geleverd heb gekregen ik kreeg meerdere emails met wat ik moest doen om de airfryer te laten werken maar niks hielp.
Ik heb laten weten dat ik de airfryer retour wilde sturen daar kreeg ik geen antwoord op toen heb ik Klarna gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd ik moest weer een mail sturen naar Aerofry en toen reageerde ze ineens wel ze hebben mij een nieuwe toegestuurd en die heb ik uiteindelijk 9 januari 2024 ontvangen.
Ik wil deze airfryer niet en heb ze laten weten dat ik mij geld terug wil 219,00 euro heb Klarna ook op de hoogte gesteld dat ik de airfryer wil retourneren de betaling is nu vast gezet bij Klarna maar 19januari moet ik tekts en uitleg geven waarom ik de Aerofry wil retourneren dat is dus dat ik geen vertrouwen meer heb in AeroFry-NL en denk dat ik gewoon opgelicht ben lieve mensen bestel niet bij dit bedrijf je wordt gewoon op gelicht met een airfryer uit China.

1 ster is nog teveel, zijn duidelijk scammers die goedkope chinese brol verkopen die totaal niet overeenstemt met de producten zoals aangegeven (zowel technische bescrijving als foto's op 'hun' website aerofry-nl.com - nooit daar bestellen dus. En zoals ook al aangegeven, retour/refund wordt volledig genegeerd.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA AND WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND OR RETURN FOR FAULTY GOODS EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE SAYS 90 DAYS RETURN AND IT IS CALLED AEROFRY UK. SO WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I WASTED MY MONEY - NOW HOPING THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY MAY BE ABLE TO HELP.

Toen de aerofry geleverd werd zagen we meteen dat het prul was. Email gestuurd met verzoek om adres om te kunnen retourneren. Al twee keer moeten uitleggen per email wat de retour reden is maar we krijgen geen retour adres. Nog een paar dagen en dan is de retourneringstermijn verstreken. Dat zal wel de bedoeling zijn van Aerofry. Mijn advies: koop geen Aerofryer!!

zogezegd een Nederlands bedrijf maar het duurt wel 3 weken voordat het pakket toekomt. Je krijgt steeds een vaag antwoord dat je nog even geduld moet hebben.
Is een dropshipper die kapotte airfryers opkoopt in China om door te verkopen aan hoge prijzen. Blijf weg van deze site. Oplichters eerste klas.

Heb een airfryer besteld en na het bekijken van de reviews hier op trustpilot zag ik veel zeer negatieve reviews. Heb onmiddellijk mijn bestelling geannuleerd en ze zeiden mij dat het mogelijk was maar dat ik maar 85% van het bedrag kon terug krijgen. In zeker zin was ik akkoord dus stuurde ik mail dat het goed was. Kort daarop kreeg ik antwoord dat ze 153.15€ gingen terug storten van de 209€. Dus hebben ze meer dan 15% achter gehouden.
Het zijn gewoonweg dieven.
Ik laat het er zeker niet bij.

Absolute sham of a company. I ordered from them in December but following reading reviews decided to cancel the order. The terms of cancellation on their website are contradictory and ambiguous. I requested my order to be cancelled BEFORE I had any confirmation of shipment. Website states if cancelled after shipment then 10% fee applied. I have been receiving ridiculous emails from the company who initially said there would be a 15% fee deducted and now apparently I have to collect the item (?) and follow their returns policy. Still no evidence of shipment, no tracking number etc provided. Collection from where?? Even if it had been shipped its supposed to be delivered to my house! I have contacted Klarna who have paused payments and await the next poorly written and ridiculous suggestion from Aerofry.

Keep away from this company.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Fryer delivered damaged 14.12.23.
Contacted them providing details, including pictures and video.
Numerous emails exchanged repeatedly saying they would provide replacement components for me to fit with compensation starting at 3% rising currently to 20%.
I have repeatedly advised them I was not going to dismantled/repair their faulty unit - every email I received they seem unable to comprehend this statement.
This is a cowboy outfit with personnel apparently unable read and understand the correspondence they receive.
I live in SW England - one of the mails suggested I leave the item in Germany as a gift for friends or family.
