Buyer Beware Before Purchasing Aeroo Drone Products
My experience with Aeroo has been extremely disappointing and reflects poor customer service and product support.
The original battery supplied with my drone was faulty and required replacement. Aeroo provided a new battery, which remained unused in its original packaging while I was away for work. When I later attempted to use it, I discovered that this replacement battery was also faulty—it would not even take a charge despite being effectively brand new and barely used.
Aeroo promotes these batteries as “AI-enabled,” yet when I raised the issue, I specifically asked them to verify that the battery had not been used and to investigate the fault. Instead, their response was to claim that the battery had “self-discharged” due to inactivity and that the warranty had expired.
This is particularly frustrating given that:
The original battery was already defective
The replacement battery had not been used and would not even charge
No proper diagnostic or accountability was offered
Rather than resolving the issue, I was offered another battery at a “discounted” price. Expecting a customer to pay again after receiving two faulty batteries demonstrates a lack of accountability and confidence in their own product.
For equipment marketed at premium prices to serious fishing and outdoor users, I expected reliability and professional after-sales support. Instead, I encountered repeated product failures and a company unwilling to stand behind what they sell.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing Aeroo products. Poor reliability is concerning, but the lack of meaningful support and accountability makes the situation significantly worse.

However, Fan On does not work, and it does not place the item well, so it falls after repeating it several times.
No communication skills whatsoever

What I can’t understand is why there is absolutely no effort on Aeroos part to keep customer informed, it was only after me asking them where my order was that I eventually got a response. Awful customer service.

Ordered mid Feb and got it 2 days later. Been fishing ever since. a third of the price of the other drones I was looking at. Highly recommended.

I had an accedent with aeroo pro…
I had an accedent with aeroo pro combo.I filed out the from email, They asked for the flight log of the Accedent, I emailed with imformation. I hadn't back from them so finaly got on support. (when you contact support they have these FAQs BUT NOTHING ABOUT ACCEDENT.) Still trying get to support & some how support got back me They said they had the log flite & that was a week ago & still No reply. it seem the they pump all there resources into addvetiseing and nothing on afrer sales. I'm stuck with a broken aeroo PRO COMBO THAT I CAN'T USE
They don't respond to emails
They don't respond to emails, so I can't recommend anyone to buy anything here. I've already sent them three emails, but if they've paid and shipped the product, you just have to deal with it. I regret ever buying anything here. They made promises but didn't deliver.

You struggle to get them to action it when they send you a faulty item in the beginning let alone losing one at sea!

Flew three times for a total of 15 minutes. Gimble error tried everything to get it to work all software up to date etc etc just absolutely nothing from the gimble. To be fair their support guys were pretty quick to reply. I just could not be bothered sending the thing back and dealing with all the B.S, I’m fortunate that I have a reasonably well paying job so I literally put it in the bin. I feel sorry for those guys who have issues and maybe can’t afford to do that and have to go through the warranty return stuff.

6 weeks after delivery the new unit comes out and you did not advise me. Everytime I emailed I got a reply from someone I could not reply to. No one has come up with a solution. Very disappointed and I would not recommend you as your principles and customer service is crap

Overall Amazing
First time using the Aeroo on the shores of Ghana , west Africa; I landed two huge marine catfish. Since then flight has been smooth and amazing coupled with its great 4k camera; I can’t complain…🥰🥰
Fishing game-changer
Super easy to use and with plenty of grunt to carry a live tailor 200m out to sea. Got myself an 18kg Spanish recently on Fraser Island, really a dream fish for me, land based. Handles really well, even in fresh winds and the return to home function is useful. Camera is an added bonus.

Team at aeroo are fantastic! Drone is an absolute weapon! Can’t fault it at all, I’ve had a few hiccups mainly due to user error and small issue with one of the batteries but aeroo support team were very quick to help me resolve it. Quick and timely responses and are there to help asap! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a fishing drone or just a nice solid camera drone 10/10 👌👌👌
