Ordered back in March and no delivery. Their "customer support" is a sham. Companies such as Amazon should not sell on behalf of such a disreputable company.

I got the Retexes sleeve for my husband...this thing is a miracle! It has helped his shoulder pain tremendously and we have already recommended it to a few friends because IT WORKS!!!

I ordered retexes shoulder sleeve. Product took ages to arrive aprox 2 months. Once it arrived totally useless. Velcro strap not strong enough or big enough to hold it in place. Totally unusable and waste of money. Be warned !!!!

After weeks of painful and disrupted sleep from rotator cuff injury, this shoulder sleeve has greatly relieved the symptoms . It is flexible and provides extremely comfortable support day and night. This is a very good product, and I would recommend to anyone with similar problems.

It's a great product.It's comfortable.It's a material that can be against your skin without.Irritation straps a little short.So when you order it, order the extender strap with it.If you're ordering the extra large just to be on the safe side and customer service is 😀 really good people responsive

I liked the prompt response when I said the "Medium" shoulder brace which I ordered and received was too small, and you immediately sent me an extension for the strap. That was good.
But I am 5' 8" tall and weigh 165 pounds. For an American male that is "medium", not small, not large. I didn't order a large because I am not a large American man. Maybe in your area an average man is smaller than me, but in the USA an average man is as I am; 5' 8" 165 pounds. change your labeling to reflect the size person your "Small", Medium, and Large sizes fit.

Royal Mail have sent my order to Scotland (I live in Norfolk). No idea where it is now. Twice asked for a refund and get same reply sending tracking info. Dreadful customer service.

From start to finish, the whole experience was pain free.
Even when I ordered the wrong size, the replacement sleeve was with me in a few days . I would highly recommend getting the Retexes compression sleeve, as after many years of shoulder pain it has halved in less than a week. I hope it continues too disappear. It's a total game changer. Thank you

My experience with customer service was great. I reached out to them to inform them that one of the sleeves was too small and the rep sent out a better fitting size that is working well for me. There was no haggling about it at all. She said to keep the original too small one and the bigger size showed up within a few days. Happy shoulder customer. Thnx again

Received the shoulder braces I ordered and couldn't wait to try it. Made a huge difference in the first day! Just the right support without the large bulky feel from braces I have tried in the past. I did order mine as a medium as I fit the upper end of the weight sizing. Unfortunately it's a little too small, but customer service is assisting in getting a larger size for the second one I haven't opened yet. Great customer service is hard to find and I appreciate it.

I ordered the wrong size.My fault not thiers.Should have been large not medium.The strap was too tight.Instead of sending them back I modified the strap with a 3 inch extension without damage to original

I have spent my 1st night with the sleeve on,very good results,fit was comfortable and no pain when turning over in bed,a good sleep,thanks Retexes.

Really pleased with this item, it is helping me with my painful shoulder/collarbone and upper right arm. Comfortable and I truly forget I am wearing it. Highly recommend you try this product if you have shoulder problems

After seeing them advertised online I bought a Retexes sleeve for a problem I was having with my shoulder. It was working well until the stitching came apart on the velcro, I contacted Retexes about the problem and two weeks later I received a brand new sleeve in the post at no cost to me. I use it regularly and it does ease the pain.

Retexes has been amazing, the shoulder support is very comfortable, once you figure how to put it on, and the tens machine is helping to ease my shoulder pain

This took ages to arrive and the branding is not retex
There are no instructions with it and I’ve tried every way to get it on
The webbing straps are far too wide
It’s of no use
