I chose the least expensive option to…
I chose the least expensive option to see what it’s all about. When verification came, I was charged significantly more so I immediately contacted customer support. They IMMEDIATELY took care of the matter without any hassle - and were very nice about it as well. That’s a first. I haven’t had time to look at all they offer but what I’ve seen so far has been intriguing. I look forward to spending some time reading many of the pieces I have access to. A women’s empowerment site - with helpful people! Imagine actually getting that in our lives!

I am very disappointed with Affemity.
When you go to the website, they say they are making a plan for you. after paying, i did not see a personal plan waiting for me. It feels like they did that, just to reel you in and have you pay for the subscription.
talking about that subscription; their prices were misleading. The daily price is shown large, and the total price you are paying is shown in small letters. So not until after I paid, did I explicitly see the total price that got taken off my account. Which was a lot higher than what I thought I was paying.
And then the content: the courses are very simple. I was hoping/expecting more psychologically supported courses, but they didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. So if you are already working on your self image and relationships and are fairly self aware, affemity is a big waste of time and money. I could've gotten the same info from chat GPT.
I sent them an email, one day after getting the subscription, but they gave me some generic email, telling me they don't give money back.
All in all: not worth it in my opinion

About pricing transparency: we’re sorry the way the daily price and total charge were presented didn’t feel clear before checkout. We never want anyone to feel surprised by the final amount, and your feedback is being taken seriously as we review how the total price is displayed to make it more transparent.
About the content depth: thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Our courses are designed to provide structured guidance and accountability, which some users find valuable even if the concepts seem familiar. But we fully understand that if you’re already highly self-aware and have done similar work, the material may feel too basic. That mismatch in expectations is something we want to address with clearer positioning and deeper content over time.
About your refund: we also want to clarify this publicly, because your review mentions you were told refunds aren’t possible. We are sorry that our response may have felt generic. We carefully review each refund request on its individual merits, and when users can substantiate their concerns in accordance with our policy terms, we issue refunds - exactly as we did in your case. Your refund was approved because your situation met the criteria of our policy, not because of your review. This is the same standard we apply to all customers.
