Seamless Experience
I've been a user here for almost 2 months and plan to continue using the app. The Messaging Coach is my favourite feature, as it helps when I am not feeling very confident while chatting. And the coaches here are outstanding professionals. The only thing is that subscription pricing is a little bit high for me.

Grateful for the experience
My coach, Dana, gave useful insights and was very understanding of my situation. The follow-up gave me strength I needed to continue in my healing journey. Affemity Coaching Experience
I had my first coaching session through Affemity with Dana, and it was incredibly helpful. While part of the session was spent walking through the situation I needed guidance on, Dana’s feedback stood out right away. She offered thoughtful insights and pointed out aspects of my challenges that I hadn’t considered before, which gave me some valuable new perspectives and a lot to reflect on. I’m looking forward to scheduling another session with her soon.

Misleading subscriptions and unauthorized charges — stay away!
I subscribed to Affemity in October 2025, thinking I was paying once around 35 EUR for access to some relationship advice materials.
In November, I discovered that the company had charged my card four more times — a total of 113.41 EUR — without my clear consent or awareness.
Their subscription system is extremely unclear and misleading.
They later claimed that I had “manually approved” weekly and monthly plans, which I definitely did not understand or intend to buy.
When I contacted support, they refused to refund my money, hiding behind a “14-day policy.”
Even under their own logic, they should have refunded most of the money I was charged in November — but they didn’t.
The content they provide is generic, low-quality PDF guides that are easily found everywhere online.
I have already contacted my bank for a chargeback, and I’m sharing my experience here so others can avoid the same trap.
Be very careful — this is a subscription trap that hides behind fine print and confusing payment flows.

Dana was wonderful
Dana was wonderful, she really cared and listened, and made me feel heard. She gave me some wonderful points to ease my pain a bit. My situation is very complicated, but she showed true empathy, understanding and wonderful advice.

I didn’t use the subscription long, but I did use the app to text a “friend” and it very much helped us get on the right track. I canceled my subscription after a few months of no use, and it was VERY easy! I sent a email, and they responded immediately and didn’t try to sell me something else. I will most likely start it again when things get bumpy. I can admit I probably still need it
