Unauthorized charges, zero transparency, and no refund — avoid this company.
Affemity charged me multiple times without my authorization. I was billed on different dates with different amounts (L230, L394, and L396), even though I only made a single purchase. When I contacted them, they insisted there had only been “one charge” and tried to blame my bank notifications — but I have the transaction references, dates, and amounts proving otherwise.
They refused to acknowledge the extra charges and never returned my money. Their customer support is dismissive, avoids responsibility, and offers no real resolution. This feels like a predatory billing system designed to make people give up.
If you value transparency and security, stay far away from Affemity.
I’m now disputing the charges through my bank because the company would not fix their error.

Please note that Affemity is a subscription-based platform, and any subscription can only be activated manually by the user from their own device.
After carefully reviewing your case, we confirmed that only three transactions, as we said in our email. The different dates you saw in your banking app were a result of your bank’s internal processing times. Also, I can confirm that we have already resolved the issue and refunded all your payments.
Our intention is always full transparency and respectful service, and we’re truly sorry that this was not your experience.

Do not sign up to this platform. ChatGPT offers the same service when compiling messages for free. It’s a rip off. Especially the language used is very American. Customer service tow the company line and do not treat you as an individual 5/10 from me. Save your money. Although the company has agreed to a 100% refund after further negotiations.

really great educational programs!
They have really great educational videos to help women grow in confidence and knowledge about how personality traits can influence and affect relationships in life. I really enjoyed learning about all of the personality types and how they work!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this content. There are audio portions which I enjoyed. Through the simple vehicle of composing text messages we confront our deepest, darkest fears and flaws, and are shown clear ways to resolve them. More helpful than many programs that claim to delve into deep psychology.

Very enlightening
My sessions with Dana have been incredibly enlightening. FRAUD - IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T SIGN UP
Signed up up for a subscription for $32.99 A WEEK, without me ever registering my email address, which then made it nearly impossible to cancel. I did start to create a profile to learn about it, but once I saw the cost I stopped before ever registering my email address. Yet it somehow auto registered the payment through google pay anyways. I had to go through the credit card company and report.

The support team is very nice and helpful. I subscribed to 12 weeks of content but misunderstood the information and the agreement about subscriptions to other guides and suddenly I had 4 payements processed at once. I asked the team to cancel everything so I could start carefully anew and I was assisted in the best way possible.
