I loved these beautiful little figures so much I immediately more two more!

Nice selection of galleries and plenty of styles, formats and techniques to choose from

I ordered some art on 9th November, still haven't received any information on shipping. Money has been taken out of my account. I've sent an email and phoned leaving a request for information and nothing! I'm not impressed!!

It wasn’t the same of course as strolling down the aisles in hampstead viewing the art at our own pace but my daughter ans j had fun looking and choosing a few pieces as best as we could on the computer... still was a pleasant experience

I was so sad to miss my usual wander around the AAF this year, but full marks for making the online platform as engaging and interactive as possible.

Art received was as depicted on line and of course even more beautiful. Lovely personal note from the artist.

Ordered 2 prints from different artists but on the same order. Total cost was just over £600. One arrived v promptly but the other was delayed with no reason given. Contacted Affordable art via the website and they contacted the gallery who got in touch by text quickly. Subsequently found out that it was being shipped from Spain. I now have 2 v fine (in my opinion) prints.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and the experience of buying through the art fair online. I ordered a 50x70 fine art photo. I believe it was sent from a gallery in the US to me in the UK. I received a speedy confirmation of my order, and was kept up to date on the whereabouts of the parcel in the postal system. The piece arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and was exactly as the image online depicted.

Great assortment of art but terrible search functionality. My favourite print came from here. But right now we are looking for a big piece for the living room and for some reason it is not possible to search by size (during the art fair, previously it was possible), which would be extremely useful.

I discovered a new artist. I was able to see various images of his work and also negotiate a small collectors discount. The piece was shipped with excellent care. I am really pleased with the work which exceeded my expectations!

Good selection and got the art but delivery tracking and customer service was very slow in one case.

The customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with U.S. Customs and someone from the Affordable Art Fair ecommerce team worked with the gallery that shipped the art work to resolve the issue very quickly.

I enjoyed the range of art and cost of art available.

Great company to work with. Hurried a delivery out to make it in time for a birthday. Subsequently, there was an issue and AAF couldn’t do enough to rectify. Highly recommended.

The process of selecting and paying for artworks was straightforward and I was kept well-informed regarding delivery, which was problem-free. But the overall experience came nowhere close to actually attending the Fair, so it's definitely no substitute for a live event.
