I cannot recommend Affordable Bricks based on my experience. I purchased a Barad Tower set in December 2025 and received a product with missing/incorrect pieces and instructions that did not match the bags provided. The set could not be assembled.

I contacted the company immediately and spent more than 4 months attempting to resolve the issue through 40+ emails. During that time, I received conflicting explanations, repeated assurances that replacement parts had been shipped (nothing ever arrived), and multiple delays that pushed the issue beyond their stated return window.

When I requested a refund, it was denied. Most concerning, the company later stated they were unable to process refunds due to issues with their banking system.

I documented all correspondence and even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB notified me that the complaint was forwarded successfully, but the company never responded.

This was extremely disappointing, especially since the set was purchased as a Christmas gift for my child. I would encourage potential buyers to research carefully and proceed cautiously before ordering.

I purchased 2 sets from Affordable Bricks. One of the orders took 7 ¹/² weeks to arrive and was missing several key parts. Customer service is not a human and doesn't understand what I need.
The second set only took 5 weeks to arrive BUT it was the wrong set. Again Customer service is worthless and the set was returned and now several months later, I still don't have the set I purchased. DO NOT DONATE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS SHAM CALIFORNIA COMPANY!

I reported missing parts as soon as I received my order. Several attempts at communicating withe them have failed to resolve the issue. Their latest response is to purchase the parts through bricklink or webrick and they will give me a coupon for my next order

I believed the company was American-owned and the product was made in the USA. But the company outsources their product from China, and the quality was poor. The pieces are warped, and the Loop Roller coaster I ordered did not function as it is supposed to. After sending an email to them, making them aware of the many issues, they wanted proof of the many failures the product was having, which I did. They replied. "Sorry, the item is defective, but we cannot issue a refund because the item was already built," I reported them to the Dept of Justice, and that got their attention. The CEO said he values my experience, and I should have definitely gotten a refund, but he was out of town. I did not expect him to be out of town as an excuse for my experience. He also got mad because I should have been happy with the "TOY" (as he described it) for the price I paid. a) The product is 50% cheaper on other Chinese websites. b) Why would I be happy with a toy that is for a kid that does not work? Word of advice. Want a refund? Report to your local Justice Department.

Do NOT ORDER from this company.

I ordered an item on December. 19th. I have yet to get it. It has stopped in Indianapolis for insufficient postage. They keep telling me to be patient. In a week it will be 3 months I have yet to get my item. How much more patient do they want me to be. I knew I should have stayed with LEGOs.
UPDATE I finally got my bricks. They come in a bag all mixed up, pictures to tell you what the item should look like but no directions. I will not buy from this company again EVER.

This company is a complete SCAM! The nerve of them to pass their company off as an American company. Everything they sell comes from China. Drop shipped-no less! I’ve been waiting for a replacement part since January 6th. It’s now March 11th as of this review. The nerve of them to incorporate our beloved veterans as a selling point—SHAME ON YOU—NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS! They gave me a tracking number twice and three promises that they were sending the replacement part. A tracking number with no delivery company is as helpful as an empty roil of toilet paper! They finally gave me a delivery company name — but the tracking gives no updates. BTW, when you have a problem—NO American on behalf of this Scamming company works with you—you deal directly with China! I have a $150 lighthouse I cannot finish because this company doesn’t follow good business practices. I know that LEGO is twice the price, however, they stand behind their product and deliver as they promise in reasonable time. Affordable bricks is a horrible company—the money you save will be eaten up in long or no delivery times, horrible customer service and a horribly terrible product. One warning sign is that the product comes in bags, no boxes—there was a worry some bad sign right there. Plus the instructions are horrible—bad photos and color. STAY CLEAR OF THEM—SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE QUALITY AND NOT THE SCAM! I’m reporting this company to the Attorney General of the state they are in. I suggest if you’ve been scammed—that you do the same.

never received my order. first shipment had insufficient postage and delivery was forfeited after 2.5 months of moving through the shipping pipeline. they then claimed to have sent a replacement, but the tracking number was invalid and the order never came. they refused my multiple requests for a refund. just invest in name-brand Legos and steer clear of these scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the Basketball Players Bundle (minifigures), on 12/10/2025. Emailed them on 12/21 asking for an update, and they said it would be delivered after Christmas. On 12/28, I got an email said it was being packed. On 1/11/2026, emailed again for status, and they cited supply chain issues. Final check in with them on 2/14, as the USPS said they would not deliver the package because of unpaid postage. I asked for a refund, TWICE! They refused to refund my money and said they can only offer a replacement. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. This company is a complete scam, stay far away.

Ordered a Lego technic Ferrari set number 22047 on December 14 2025 it took over three months to get to me finally received it on February 18, 2026 shipping time was horrible. Then once I received the package, it was all crammed into a plastic bag. No original packaging box very disappointed in the shipping process, and the lack of original packaging. there doesn’t seem to be any numbers on the packaging to tell you 1 through 10 on the bags

Never received the order. Only canned replies to any attempts to contact them. Will not refund the money.

My package was rerouted in transit. USPS confirmed the shipper (Affordable Bricks) was using counterfeit postage and was seized by the USPS. I will not be able to receive my package and Affordable Bricks has no contact number only an email that is undeliverable to.

Be wary of this group, they are reselling items you can purchase on your own via temu or aliexpress. They provide fake or inaccurate tracking info. Extremely slow to respond when asking for information. Even slower to respond when you have an issue. Play email games with you when you ask for a refund for the items you didn't receive. They falsely advertise that they have a 4 star trust pilot rating. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get my money back. If I could give zero stars i would.

This company does not deserve 1 star. It has been 50 days and counting and still no item. Tracking site is absolutely worthless and so is the live chat. In the future I will purchase Lego. Do not spend your money here, unless you want to wait forever for your item.

Unless you have over a month to wait on delivery do not use. It took 5 weeks for my delivery to arrive and I paid the extra speed up delivery fee. When asked about a refund for the speed up fee completely ignored! Delivery sucks customer service sucks if you are a lego guy like me do not use this company...

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I placed an order for 2 sets for Christmas gifts on Veteran’s Day. The tracking info they give says processing but after email after email with Adnon (and finally one with Joe), I was told that my order had shipped and I could get a 50% discount when they arrived since they weren’t going to make it by Christmas. I literally had to wrap a picture of the sets to give my kids because these were their big gifts (I spent almost $400). It’s January 8, and I still haven’t received the sets. I emailed again last week, and got another email from Adnon saying sorry for the delays but they are processing my order and it should ship soon. What?!! I thought it had already shipped! I am going to just put a stop on my credit card at this point because there’s no way this is a legit company and I am just getting the same run around each time. It always takes at least 3 days to get an email response because there’s no phone number and I don’t even think they’re reading them. This last response was obviously automated. My kids will be so disappointed and I feel like a jerk for telling them these sets were still coming.

Just like other reviews terrible service. Ordered 3 different sets from their US warehouse on Veterans Day and the 1st shipped fairly quickly but never arrived. E-mailed and got the run around. 2nd set shipped and finally received but it’s different from the pictures on the website. Just do yourself a favor and avoid them and just order through AliExpress or temu. It’s cheaper anyway.

The lego bricks are of good quality, but two major issues - First, the sets I bought took forever to arrive and the company's shipping tracker is useless. I was getting shipping updates days AFTER the packages actually arrived. Second, and the biggest issue - the lego bricks are not organized by any logical method - not by build order in bags, not by size, not by color. It's a mess. You will spend WEEKS building a set, not hours or days.

Horrible customer service. Items never arrived. Fed excuse after excuse. Finally 5 days before Christmas I was told they weren't going to arrive. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Strongly encourage everyone not to buy from this website if you want your order in a reasonable timeframe. Their website prides itself in “shipping 7-day guarantee”. It is plastered all over it. I have ordered my set on November 27th and got the message that it was being packed on December 20th. It took almost a whole month just to pack the order. This is after several emails with Adnan. All I got essentially from him was “Sorry we’re having issues, we’ll work on it in the next few days”. Needless to say I will never buy from this seller again. There’s plenty of better websites to order from.

Ordered a “add on” set when purchasing a larger set. Took over a month to receive the add on, which arrived missing several bags and instruction manual. Stand that was ordered did not arrive either. Constantly was given the run around about where and when my package would arrive. Demanded refund and was told couldn’t be given because the set was in transit which made no sense. Was sent a email with link asking what pieces were missing which I found funny because I have zero clue what pieces there are. Continued demands for refund and keep getting stall tactic emails. Filed complaint with BBB. sadly they are partnered with Gov X and Wounded Warriors and apparently claim to give a set to someone when a set is ordered. Would like to see if thats really happening. Scam artists
