Gloria Caldara Was very helpful and made it her mission to help me with a problem I had. She exceeded my expectations!! And solved the problem quickly!

Vanessa was very nice and took her time to walk me through the process in listing my property. She also explained to me the differences of premium memberships. I am considering of getting premium now.

I paid for 2 months the premium package of $79 per month, I only got 2 lousy leads! I called to get a refund, is not fair they falsely advertising hundreds of leads, if you contact more than 50 they want to charge you more money, this is a waste of time and money, and 2 months of mortgage and hoa payments, do not depend on this site to rent your properties... called them and customer service they treat you like if you are ignorant, telling me I have over 1400 prospects available.. and other lies, they said I needed to call within 5-7 days to get a refund this is ridiculous how will you know if this works in 5-7 days?

Rick Tefel helped me with a terchnical glitch instantly to help correct and boost my ad, great customer service, this site is awesome.

I was having a difficult time getting responses to support tickets and continued to get disconnected after holding for several minutes, while only trying to obtain a copy of a receipt for a charge on my corporate card. After several attempts, I was finally connected to Kemar Smalls. His customer service was immaculate and efficient. His assistance turned a 1 star review into a 5 star review.
