Great communication and professionalism from property manger Liz at 303 Farmers lane Santa Rosa. Always a quick response to any issue even quicker repairs. Living here has been very hassle free and comfortable. Also doing little things like the holiday decoration competitions were a really nice and fun bonus. Overall a great experience, thank you!

I really enjoyed living at Brush Creek Townhomes for over a year. Our Landlord Liz was super responsive and attentive, the property was kept in excellemt conditions and conveniently located close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and multiple areas of recreation. Our community felt safe and well maintained. Traffic during the rush hours could get really busy but it is expected due to multiple schoold around the area.

The community is conveniently place to many stores, parks, and the highway to downtown. I had a great time here and the staff is extremely helpful with everything.
Liz is always on top of things and will make sure everything is taken care of.

The property is quick to resolve any maintenance issues. Our living experience here has been very comfortable.

I lived at the Brush Creek Apartments for almost 6 years. I have to say I lived so comfortably and happy there. Liz made it a more enjoyable place to live. She was always very atentive and responded to our needs as soon as possible. The few times we made maintenance requests Jorge and I apologize for not knowing the other gentlemans name but they both were always very kind and caring to our maintenance needs and the work that needed to be done. Very respectful every time they entered our unit for repairs and very prompt. If I didn't have the urgency to move i would still be there. I highly recommend the apartments and I will gladly move back if I could. Thank you Liz for a great experience.

We’ve had a great experience with our property manager! Communication has been clear and consistent, and any questions or concerns we’ve had were handled promptly. The support has been solid overall, and we really appreciate how smoothly things are managed. Maintenance has also been super great—fast, reliable, and always done right the first time. It’s made a big difference in how comfortable and easy everything feels. Definitely happy with the service!

My wife and I have lived at this property for close to half a decade at this point. Liz is a great property manager, who is very prompt with letting the residents know if there are any upcoming inspections, issues and various other things. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and respectful when coming through to do any work needed.
The property is currently going through a bit of landscaping overhaul and it looks wonderful.

My son and I loved living in our townhome on Brush Creek. It was so beautiful inside. Liz is a wonderful and supportive property manager. The maintenance crew are fast and responsive. I highly recommend the Brush Creek Townhomes.

We absolutely love living at The Bennett Valley Townhomes. We downsized from a 3 bedroom home 2 bath house about 14 months ago. We found the townhome to be spacious and modern! We love the open concept from the kitchen and living room area. The property is well taken care of and we have lots of friendly neighbors. The property manager Liz is spectacular, she’s always a phone call or text away when we need anything. She’s friendly and personable, which is refreshing. We’ve been very happy while living here and would highly recommend these townhouses to anyone looking for a new place.

Nice and cozy little town homes with a very nice, respectful and responsive property management team. Great for a young couple with one or two young kids.

I love living at The Bennett. The units are large, open and well taken care of. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Very nice people. The manager Liz goes above and beyond for her tenants. She’s amazing and ALWAYS has a big smile with kind words. I feel cared for which is more than a manager is required to do. Liz makes you feel a part of her family. I’ve been grateful to be living here.

I’ve been living at one of the properties that is managed by Liz for about 2 years now and my experience has been fantastic. Liz is truly an amazing landlord and is very attentive and accessible when whenever I need help. Overall the apartment is wonderful and the complex is well maintained and is always up to par in terms of safety.

The Bennet has great management and maintenance. The apartments are always kept functional and looking good, and the manager and maintenance workers are super nice and efficient. They communicate super well, and they always get any issues sorted out as quickly as possible. Its a great place to live.

When we met the Property Manager , Liz it was at another of their properties. She was met with a smile on her face and very pleasant. She toured us around the property and it was a warm welcoming feel to a home. It was not until we saw another listing of the same property and I quickly contacted her again for a viewing time hopefully on the same day, she managed to squeeze us in a visit amidst her busy schedule. Again, she was very welcoming, warm and made you feel at home during her tours of property. From the first encounter via emails to calls and texts , Liz has been nothing but amazing!! Shes very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor as well! She's been attentative to all our its and bits pieces, helping us along the way and I know that she goes above and beyond for her clients, with us being one of them. She is also very knowledgeable and professional.
We are grateful and appreciative for all that she does and continues to do so.

We’ve lived here for 4yrs and it’s been a great experience. Moving in was a smooth and easy transition. Maintenance is very kind and reliable. Liz (Property Manager,) is very personable and helpful. If you’re looking for an updated cozy apartment thats kid and pet friendly, we recommend Renaissance!

First off i would like to say i been a tenant for over 4 years now & i love it..The Property Management team is very responsive to whatever needs your unit may need from the inside to outside. Especially Liz she is very personable,respectful,helpful & there when you need to call her for anything..I definitely recommend The Bennett for you to call your new place home….

I have been renting from Brush Creek Town Homes for about a year and half now and I can honestly say it's been the best renting experience I've had. As far as property management goes Lizzete is the best. She is so helpful with every issue you could have. Day or night she is there to help with any issues or needs you have. She makes sure you live comfortably and happy while under her watch. The community is great, neighbors are so delightful and friendly. I had an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Lizzete and her team for making my experience amazing and one to remember.
