Did not know how to cancel a plan due to expire 2/17/25. Last week I submitted a ticket and I received no response. I attemped to call several times and I could not reach anyone. Today Kemar Small showed me how to cancel a plan. It was well hidden in the online system. He also revered the charge that was placed tody

What made my experience great was Gloria. Gloria helped me through the online update very quickly. I was glad to hear I was in the system since 2015. Gloria was very happy along with me and was a great person to talk to today, and look forward to talking with Gloria soon.

Kamar was very friendly and polite when providing all the necessary information about the website. He also mentioned that in order to be able to text or call the prospects you can pay for a membership that will grant access however he did not try to aggressively solicit or talk me into purchasing it.

Staff were friendly/ helpful provided me tips on to navigate the portal and dashboard for my listing. Portal is very user-friendly! Kemar the rep was attentive.
