Rick was very knowledgeable with the technicality and procedures the website. He took the time to explain to me everything I need to know.

My experience was very helpful. The representative was very patient with me because I couldn't find the update status, and my laptop was acting weird on me. She explained why my application back in 2017 had been denied, and the whole time, I thought my application was still in good standing. However, the representative walks me through the process step by step on how to update my application. I know I got on her nerves, but she was very patient. Just my advice to affordable housing.com the website look junkie with too many popups, maybe get an update on y'all software because the website looks too confusing with all those different ads. The website needs to look simply.

Gloria Caldara Made me asking questions painless! I never thought a highly educated, career woman would have to be on a Section 8 waiting list. She never made me feel rushed, pitied or uncomfortable which is very easy to do finding myself and my 2 Vermont state adopted boys in this situation. I never would have thought it could happen to me. The realtor from affordable housing contacted me yesterday to view an apartment in the city. I agreed to go and view it. Today I left work to go to Manhattan and view the apartment the realtor never showed up!!!!! it turned out there was no apartment to show. I was stuck in the pouring rain waiting to see a non-existing apartment I had to report it. I realize this website is a scam and this was by far the worst experience I had, also that non-existing apartment wasn't even on the listings of affordable housing. This is a total scam please do not waste your time with them.
