Fast and efficient service
Prompt response to enquiry. Attention to our questions and detailed responses followed by immediate survey of premises and info on how a stairlift would fit. Advice on different products and suppliers for our choice. Given immediate quotation which was accepted with promise of quick installation.

Useless company
When the lift came to be installed they got all the measurements wrong, it took over a year for installation due to keep making mistakes, eventually they paid compensation, it was payed for by social services, under a long term contract and should be serviced every 12 months, it was always a fight to get them to come and do the yearly maintenance, they have not bothered since 2019, it's still under contract and supposed to be replaced after 15 years free of charge as it was a deal the social services did with them, so true to there original performance still useless.

Steve Watson visited our parents today. He was both knowledgeable and helpful and quickly found the right solution for them. Completed the survey there and then and lift booked to be installed a week on Monday. Very pleased with the service.

I contacted Affordable Stairlifts at 11.00am on Tuesday, 23rd December. That afternoon a gentleman arrived to measure up an take the order.
On 26th December (Boxing Day) another gentleman from Newbury Mobility arrived and fitted a nearly new stairlift. How to use all efficiently explained.
Incredible service, all very helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

This company is absolutely superb
This company is absolutely superb. We needed a stair lift fitted as a matter of urgency. This company went above and beyond. From the initial phone call to completion of the lift was only 2 weeks. They even managed to fit it before Christmas (massive thank you). From the initial phone call, Mike came to see us and explained everything, a week later Tom came out to install it. Tom was a super nice guy who took the time to explain how it worked to my 80 year old mother and my disabled sister. If you have mobility needs and find the stairs a struggle please turn to this company. They really are superb and I would not hesitate in contacting them (this is over the big firms out there who were over a £1,000 more!!). Affordable Stairlifts focus on the Customer and it shows!! My family can now go up and down the stairs safely. Amen to that one.

Affordable Stairlifts & Stephen Smith 5 Star
Affordable lifts offered us a guaranteed used chair with a sliding track at a great price.
Arrived on the day arranged. Affordable Stairlifts engineer Stephen Smith could not have been more polite clean tidy and such a knowledgeable professional stair lift installer.
The track sent was to short so Stephen reinstalled the original stair lift back in and made sure it was working before leaving. He ordered the new longer track. Affordable Stair lifts reranged the installation and this time we had the new chair working brilliant.
