Dianne was a rapid and effective communicator which was really important to me. If I had a query it was answered quite literally in minutes. She tracked down some great deals in a changing market. Would absolutely recommend.

Every encounter with AFFS, Dianne in particular, has been dealt with the utmost professionalism and helpfulness. From weekend emails to asking questions sporadically over the last few years we have always received such a prompt and helpful reply.
