Exquisite Carpet. The colors are vibrant, the details sharp; it's gorgeous. I have decided to hang it as a tapestry, it's just too special to put on the floor. This will be passed down for generations.

We chosed a rug from the afghanu website and it arrived to Australia within two weeks. It is a most excellent and lovely hand made rug. It is approximately 160,000 knots per square metre and made of merino wool.
The rug came on time and as promised. I can not tell how excited and please with the new addition to our living room we are.
I did the interweb research and afghanu is the best priced rug on the Web by far. Don't hesitate - you have found a gem of a service. I suggest you buy from them asap to keep them in business and help the benighted Afghani people too.

Not only are you supporting local rug makers and businesses in Afghanistan but you also get a wonderful handmade woollen rug. They are so helpful and responsive when you email them. The delivery arrived as expected. Took about 10 day. The quality is great and the wool is glossy and thick. The photos are pretty exact in the colouring. Well done and thank you! We will definitely tell our friends and hope to buy more.
