Beställde ett par stövlar för snart 2v sedan. Ännu inte fått någon leveransbekräftelse. Leverans skulle va 5-7 dagar. Mailat, men ordern är som borta fast jag har kvitto på betalning 1316kr via klarna och har ett beställningsnr. Dålig kommunikation!

I haven’t even received my order yet. Poor customer service. No order confirmation and unrealistic delivery time.

Edit: Afound says they can’t find any communication, have now submitted my order number. Also, the lady in customer service didn’t know what an order information contains (apparently it is sent out automatically and there is no way they can resend it. Shocking). It’s clearly saved in the system. Explained to her what it should contain and haven’t heard since.

I was so happy to find a brand that I didn’t think I could get delivered to me in Sweden. The prices were fair and delivery pretty quick.

Fick inte min beställning jag betalat för. Fick inga svar från kundtjänst.

Här kan man göra riktiga fynd! Mycket smidig hantering av köp och retur. Hade lite svårt att förstå avsändaren på paketet, eftersom det stod något annat, men i övrigt toppen.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Afound.com and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The price was great, the shoes are authentic, and using the website was super easy and smooth. Delivery was right on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely shop here again!

Vet inte om de egentligen är värda en etta men jag vill göra er medvetna om att företaget som verkar ha rätt bra betyg definitivt har en mörk sida och jag fick uppleva den. Jag beställde kalsonger via Afound och leveransen skulle ta 5-7 dagar. Slutligen fick jag min produkt 13 dagar senare och det kanske inte helt är Afounds fel för de är inte ett leveransföretag. Där de gjorde mig besviken var support och kundhanteringen. Efter att ha väntat i över 8 dagar på min vara tog jag kontakt med dem och fick hjälp direkt med nya länkar för att spåra min vara. Problemet var att det resulterade i mail med massa olika information så som att det inte gick att leverera och att jag nu kunde hämta upp min vara på en ”pick up point” men ingen information om var eller hur. Så jag tog efter några dagar kontakt med Afound igen men möttes då av total ”radiosilence” både i livechatten och via mailkontakt. Idag 16 dagar senare har de fortfarande inte svarat och de påstår sig svara inom 24 timmar (som de gjorde första gången). Fick tillslut min vara men inte med Afounds och eftersom jag inte vill uppleva detta igen blir det inga fler beställningar via dem.

I recently received my order send from Poland very low quality goods which l had to wait for like 3 weeks before delivery
When l contacted customer care l was simply asked to return
The return ticket or any delivery information was not accompanied with my goods
One can see threads on the blouse I got so frustrated because the goods here are expensive so I expected higher quality
Till then l haven’t heard anything yet
I have one package of a blouse yet but l haven’t received it has now taken one month

Bought three pairs of shoes, kept one but returned two as they came up small. Return was confirmed delivered by Postnord 9/06, it is now 23/06 and I haven't received my refund. They say on their website the refund can take up to 10 days to process, but when I contacted them they said "we're contacting the seller please wait 3-5 days". No refund. I contacted them again and they said "we're contacting the courier please wait 3-5 days". How long can this go on? I was under the assumption a refund has to be handled within 14 days by law. This is 1500 sek (135 euro) that I haven't got refunded.
I would never buy from this company again and recommend you don't either if you like having your money back for items you return.

Update 26/6: after advice from konsumerverket to inform Afound I will be contacting kronofodgen if a refund is not received within 5 days they finally said they would manually process the refund on 26/06 (day 17 since they received the returned goods). So far no refund in my account but I will update again when it goes through so that people reading this have an idea of the timeframe they can expect their refunds in.

Update: it's 2/7 and still no refund. They just tried to have my review taken down by saying I reviewed the wrong site. They claimed I should have reviewed afound.se, not afound.com. Afound.se doesn't exist as a site as it just redirects to afound.com, and the trustpilot afound.se has 0 reviews and doesn't even appear on Google. This company is SHADY. I also got a notification that they replied to my review, but there is no reply! They deleted it :) I bet this is how they keep their "replied to 75% of negative reviews" tag

Update 2/7: they posted a new reply (and kept it up this time!) saying I have opened a dispute with Klarna for the full amount despite only returning some of the items - this is incorrect. I had informed Klarna that I made a return on the order and it automatically went through as a full return and not the type of return where you can select what products you kept yourself. This is because Afound doesn't separate the order on Klarna into an item breakdown with individual item prices, instead it's just one lump sum - obviously I was expecting Afound to contact Klarna when they received my items to clarify with Klarna the correct amount to be refunded. When I registered the return with Afound I only selected the items I actually returned, the correct procedure from that point is to process the return and update the final amount on Klarna so I can pay the remaining fee. As for the dispute - Klarna themselves opened the dispute, not me, as Afound didn't contact them in Klarnas expected timeframe for returns. I've informed Klarna of the amount I wanted refunded when I had to contact them regarding if they received any refund or contact at all from Afound, to which they said they have received no communication at all. I then supplied them with a chatlog from Afounds live support where I asked for a refund of 1500 sek and where Afounds agent said they would manually push through the refund for me for that amount. At no point have I asked to be refunded for the full amount and I feel like Afound is saying this as it makes me look like I have tried to keep a pair of shoes and not pay for them - this has not once been this case, since the beginning I have only ever been asking for the refund of 1500 sek for the two pairs of shoes I returned.

Update 3/7: Klarna made a decision on their dispute and refunded the full order amount. They said that as Afound didn't list an item breakdown and just had one total price when they opened the investigation they did it for the full amount of the order, despite me informing them I was only looking to refund 2/3 items. Now I have to try to fix that with them. I literally just want to pay for my shoes lol.

So a total timeline for anyone reading this:
Ordered the shoes: 14th May
The shoes were dispatched: 16th May
The shoes arrived: 2nd June (took 17 days)
I returned the shoes: 3rd June
They received the shoes: 9th June

I finally received my refund through Klarna (not Afound) after contacting them multiple times: 3rd JULY! A full 24 DAYS since they received my return and for an item I ordered in MAY!

Min väska var lite defekt, men jag fick extra rabatt på den. Jag behöll den! Jag kände mig nöjd och hörd. Tack!

The jeans I bought are really great and fit perfectly. The shipping was quite fast as well.

Besviken på att det inte automatiskt blev ett lägre pris på det jag beställde utan fick göra två beställningar när jag upptäckte det, 500kr är mycket pengar. Fick också påminna om att jag ville ha pengarna tillbaka på returen efter tre veckor,

Hittade ett fint armband så ville dubbelkolla märket det kom från (myc Paris). På afound säljs armbandet för ca 300kr och marknadsförs som prisnedsatt från 16000kr, och på myc Paris hemsida kostar det bara 39 eur. Samma sak med en kofta från märket azura exchange där det marknadsförs som nedsatt från 2200 sek men på officiella hemsidan för märket kostar den bara 44 eur - samma kofta kan sedan via bildsök hittas på shein för 280kr. Det här sänker förtroendet enormt för afound om man, 1. Inte kan lita på era utsatta ursprungspriser för produkterna, 2. Inte kan lita på att ni marknadsför seriösa produkter. Jag vill gärna höra en förklaring från afound på prissättningen och kvalitetskontrollen av produkterna.

Returnerat varor men inte fått någon returkvitto på min mail Nu är det dags att betala varor via klarna och jag kan inte rapportera retur till de utan kvitto . Den andra varan som jag retirerade separat kom tillbaka i min brevlåda !! Vad är detta för bluff företag?? 2300
