My interaction with the after.com rep Phillip was excellent. He had all the information I needed and was very thorough in explaining the options.

Ethan explained everything to me and was very patient. I was sick for 3 months so it was kind of difficult to get things organized. Also I was helping an elderly woman who is a bit difficult lol. He got us both situated and paperwork explained filled out and payment!! I wish all my interactions were this easy. Thank you Ethan would highly recommend!!👍

Aiden was very patient and supportive. He answered all my questions and helped with concerns. Whenever I called he would return calls quickly. At the lowest point in my life (losing my son), he felt like a friend.

The postal service that delivered his remains, just left him on the back porch. I was dismayed to find the box sitting out there. They were supposed to notify and get a signature.

I was led to believe that the $450.00 I put down was going towards the total cremation price of 800.00 this was not told to me over the phone, PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT, so in essence the price was $1,295.00 never was this mentioned over the phone to me, so when they say 800.00 NO THAT IS NOT TRUE.

Thank you so much for making the process so easy and stress-free. After making arrangements online with a brief phone call to finalize the details, it was seamless. Consistent updates throughout and always handled with the greatest respect and compassion. All at an affordable price with no upselling. Highly recommend :)

Just a word of warning, one of the co-founders runs a shady funeral hone in Mesa, AZ where they defraud grieving family members.

Nathan made this seamless! Transparent no upsell and a price I can afford! I am at peace with this company I highly recommend this company if your considering cremation.

I want closure

I was in quite a bind when my husband passed away and had to locate a company that would pick him up in a very limited amount of time. You guys were great and very sincere and would truly recommend you to anyone.

I used After.com to manage a difficult life event, and I am so grateful for their platform

My husband and I are snowbirds and wanted to purchase a prepaid cremation plan so that whenever our time comes to leave this earth, our kids wouldn’t be left with the burden of getting the arrangements made. I called several cremation plan companies before I called After. Jackson was so kind, informative, and non pressured. He took all the time to answer our questions, then ended the call saying, “I’m here when you are ready to make your decision.” Wow! Every single other company immediately tried to pressure us into purchasing their plans, without even allowing us to ask questions. And the icing on the cake, After was the most affordable!! I highly recommend After.

The agent was very friendly and understanding He had answers for me and if not he would the answers and get back to me He made me feel very comfortable

Aftercare made my experience with the death of my son much easier for me. Always there when I had a question. Customer service was always kind, courteous and very empathetic.

Contacted After CARE yesterday and was guided thru the process by Natalie. She was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me information needed to complete the paperwork for my loved one. I would highly recommend AFTER CARE to anyone needing such services.

Everyone was very attentive to my needs. Very caring and worked flawlessly through the entire process. Great place and would use your company again and let others know how great everyone was.
