Beautiful Pets Resting place

Major delays prior to item being shipped. Blamed on the artist and carrier. No response to voicemails and emails. My baby boy’s ashes came home in a plastic box while waiting for his urn.

I ordered a custom urn from website that I was than notified was out of stock. I was not quickly informed of this but when addressing it with them it was quickly addressed and URN I desired was acquired and sent it took 3 months but my lovely lady is now resting in the urn that befits her.
