When I found myself facing a complex and emotionally challenging redundancy situation, I was fortunate enough to have Oli McCann by my side.
From our very first conversation, Oli demonstrated not only exceptional legal expertise but a level of care, compassion and personal commitment that is incredibly rare. Throughout the process, he was always available when I needed him – often outside normal working hours – and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Following the successful resolution of my redundancy, I established my own international consultancy business. Thanks in no small part to the support, advice and encouragement I received from both Oli and Jamie, the business has gone from strength to strength in just a matter of weeks.
