Absolutely delighted with my bracelet


Absolutely delighted with my bracelet so beautiful and sparkly. I wasn’t expecting it to arrive before Christmas as I ordered on a Sunday but I received it within 48 hours. Great service.

Was a little nervous to start with


Was a little nervous to start with as the ring I purchased didn’t have any reviews. I didn’t need to worry though. The whole process was really easy and the customer service from Miriam was just as exceptional as the quality of the ring!
Would highly recommend After Diamonds!

Personal touch

Was notified immediately and personally that there would be a delay but assured it would arrive before Christmas which it did. And it is a beautiful piece of jewellery that the wife will love. Thank you!

Delighted with purchase

My initial order was out of stock and Miriam kept in contact with me to give updates, I explained that I needed the bangle before a certain date and Miriam notified me of new stock and a guarantee it would be delivered on time and I am so happy with my purchase.
I would definitely use this company again a big thank you them.

I still haven’t received my order yet


I didn’t receive my order but after diamonds has promptly contacted me very quickly to resolve my problem so very satisfied with how quick they were in contact with me to resolve my issue

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived.

We were disappointed to see the one-star review, as we weren’t contacted at any point to let us know there was an issue with the delivery, which would have allowed us to resolve this much sooner. According to the tracking, the item has been held at a Royal Mail sorting office since 9 December.

Royal Mail is a separate third-party courier that we use, and while delays are outside of our direct control, we are always happy to assist and resolve any issues when we’re made aware of them. If the item has still not arrived, we are more than happy to arrange a replacement to be sent out.

We have attempted to contact you directly and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you.
