My order took a long time to arrive, i had to chase. When received i was disappointed with the size of the stones. so small.

I can see from your order timeline that your earrings were delivered at around the 3 week mark. At the time of purchase, we did explain that the item was not in stock and would need to be hand crafted, which typically takes around 2 to 3 weeks. We completely understand that waiting can be frustrating, and I am sorry if it felt longer than expected.

I am also sorry to hear that the size of the stones was not what you were hoping for. We understand that buying jewellery online can be difficult, which is why we offer a 30-day returns policy. We never want a customer to feel stuck with an item they do not love.

We would really welcome the opportunity to exchange your earrings for a larger pair, or alternatively arrange a refund if you would prefer.

Lovely company and jewellery x

I ordered a ring for my partner for Christmas, I was notified they didn’t have the ring I ordered in stock and they’ll be making a new one from scratch, they told me that it might not make it in time for Christmas but they’ll get it sent out as soon as they can, the ring arrived well before Christmas and it looks more beautiful than on the photos! The company is responsive and helpful and their products are beautiful. Thank you very much!

Lots of jewelery to order from. Ordering is simple with plenty of contact to advise status of order. Order safely delivered within a couple of weeks and well packaged in a nice oresentation box. Will purchase again from them.

Excellent!

Excellent! Communication was great! I ticked that I didn't know what size. Got sent a ring sizer and got in touch with them to let them know. They didn't have my size in but let me know how long it would take. Ring is beautiful and was presented in a lovely box with gift bag. Really happy with the service.
