I purchased and engagement ring and needed before a trip I had planned ti propose to my fiancée. My ordered didn't look like it would get here on time before we left for our trip. I have always wanted a beautiful wedding set that makes a statement. The only stone I truly love are diamonds. Having purchased two previous styles I like knock out gorgeous but have short fingers and a budget that doesn't reflect wealthy. I ordered 2 wedding bands to match my engagement ring and spent over$2000 on the bands alone. I only received one band in the shipment. I was not notified that there would be 2 separate shipments so I believe you did not fulfill this order correctly. I have been sitting on hold for over 15 minutes to speak to customer service. I demand a resolution immediately.
