Ashley and his team at Agent Hybrid were great! Really friendly, professional and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an estate agent in the area.

I cannot recommend Agent Hybrid highly enough.
If I could give six stars, I absolutely would.

I met Will several times at the property I purchased, and nothing was ever too much trouble — he always made time and was incredibly supportive throughout.

Yasemin was also fantastic. She has a brilliant understanding of the moving process and explained everything clearly, keeping me calm even when things became stressful.

My initial enquiry was responded to quickly, our pictures were great, the property was put on the market almost the same day and our flat had 2 viewings and 2 offers in just 3days later and we accepted one of them.

Thank you, Yasemin! This was a particularly difficult case purely due to the fact it was an 8 month process with many difficult hurdles to get over.
Yasemin was chased by us every few days and everytime was calm, collected and always acted with integrity. She gained as much information for us as possible to keep us in the loop and had to calm us down on multiple occasions.

Hybrid estates agents - Stevenage were superb during the purchase of our first home.

Agent Hybrid are by far the best estate agents to have. From start to end of what turned out to be a very complicated chain they were awesome! Prompt, friendly, answered all my questions (of which there was many!) and all whilst making it feel like they truly cared as much as we did.
Massive thanks to Yasemin, without her support I am certain we would never have got over the line. She really does go above and beyond and is exceptional at what she does.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Yasemin at agent hybrid for the purchase of our new house.
From start to finish Yasemin was hard working, personable, easy to contact and always quick to act.
The moving process is always a stressful task and the trouble we had with solicitors didn't help but Yasemin was always there to support us.
Agent hybrid aren't your usual stuffy estate agent, they're modern and friendly with an inviting office.
Absolutely recommend using this estate agent for property sales!

We chose Agent Hybrid to represent our property, as when we previously went house hunting in 2022/23, they were our favourite agents that showed us around some properties. They were super friendly, allowed us to move around the property freely and were highly knowledgeable about each property. They had a different aurora about them, as when they showed us around it felt natural and didn’t feel like a sales pitch, which is how we felt with other estate agents.

They did not disappoint when we put our property on the market with them. When we put our property on the market they were very good at communicating when viewings were booked in and were able to provide us feedback from the viewer within 24 hours, which for us was super helpful as we were able to quickly edit our property based on feedback, if we were able too. Even though the market at the time of us selling wasn’t great (mortgages rising!), we still managed to sell our property relatively quickly, in comparison to other properties on the market at the same time, and we were able to sell the property within our recommended price range.

When viewing for properties, once our property was sold, they were not pushy in getting us to look at properties on their books (which some estate agents did when we were looking which put me off!). However, it worked out that the property we wanted were also with them and negotiations were able to happen quickly.

When going through the buying and selling process, they were super helpful in speaking with solicitors and other parties to help the paperwork go through and they were really helpful in getting us to understand what was happening throughout the process. This was the most stressful part of the process, however the team were very helpful in being able to answer questions, helped us to stay calm and were very reassuring throughout. This really helped us during this stage.

What I really loved about Agent Hybrid is that the whole team worked together, they treated us where we felt genuinely cared for rather than just being a property on their books and their communication was top notch as they were always clear and they kept in regular contact with us from start to finish.
